Nowadays,with the development of society,people's requirements for plastic products are getting higher and higher.Plastic products have gradually developed to have the characteristics of excellent performance and environmental protection while having a multi-functional composite structure.As a new injection molding process,the sandwich injection molding process can produce products with a core-shell structure,so it is expected to organically unify the above three characteristics.How to ensure the quality of sandwich injection molding products in the production process,and what process standards should be referred to,have become hot issues for scholars in the plastics industry.In this paper,through the optimization analysis of the rheological mechanism,molding effect and quality of sandwich injection molding,the influence of injection molding process parameters,plastic viscosity and product wall thickness on the quality of sandwich injection products,the key points of sandwich injection products and mold design are put forward.and molding process control specifications,and develop the sandwich injection process for typical products to guide the actual production of sandwich injection products,thereby improving the production efficiency and quality of the sandwich injection process,reducing production costs,and promoting sandwich injection in the injection molding industry.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the rheology of polymer melt,the rheological behavior of polymer melt in the process of sandwich injection was analyzed,and the factors affecting sandwich injection molding were explored.(2)Firstly,the single factor test variance analysis was carried out for the injection molding process parameters to investigate its influence on the effect of sandwich injection molding;secondly,the orthogonal experimental design method was used to study the injection molding process parameters to verify their effect on the effect of sandwich injection molding.influence degree and get the best combination of process parameters.(3)To explore the influence of plastic viscosity and product wall thickness on the quality of sandwich injection products.Firstly,the single-factor test variance analysis method was used to explore the significance of its influence,and then three indicators were used to characterize the quality of the sandwich injection molding products,namely the core layer penetration length ratio,the average core layer thickness factor,and the core layer thickness distribution deviation.The multi-objective optimization of the two parameters of the core-shell plastic viscosity ratio and the product wall thickness was carried out by genetic algorithm optimization,and the Pareto solution set of the three indicators was obtained.(4)The design points and process control specifications of sandwich injection products and molds are proposed.According to the proposed sandwich injection molding process control method,the development and optimization of sandwich injection molding for typical example products are carried out.The sandwich injection molding effect of the developed product,on the other hand,the actual sandwich injection is carried out to verify the reliability and applicability of the proposed design specification and process parameter control method.Based on the experimental research,this paper puts forward the design points and process control specifications of products and molds for sandwich injection molding,which can provide theoretical guidance for the production of Sandwich injection products,improve the scientificity of Sandwich injection molding production,and enhance the enterprise's The production efficiency and benefit have certain engineering application value.
