As a kind of high efficiency process equipment,tooling has the advantages of low cost.In recent years,with the rapid development of plastic mold industry develops,the proportion of plastic mold has been improved,and its precision and complexity will also increase accordingly.Injection molding is one of the main processing methods,suitable for mass production of plastic products.Among them,the thin-walled injection molded parts as one of the branches has been experienced the warpage,short shot,and so on,which is a challenge to the design of the molds.Based on the design process of the small and medium difficulty thin-wall injection mold,aiming at the difficulties of plastic molding thin-walled common quality defects and thin-walled plastic mould,using UG and CAD software,through the analysis and comparison of the plastic process,starting from the product process and specific mold structure,through the injection molding materials and equipment selection,evaluation of injection molding conditions and classification system,the casting mold system,cooling system and ejecting evaluate and check the system parameters,mold design with thin cover product drawing function and appearance of the performance requirements.Mold flow software is used to simulate the flow analysis,cooling analysis,the possible defects in the molding process,which provides the basis for product design optimization.Through the analysis of the test model,the actual defects of the products are analyzed,and the optimization of the molding conditions and the two aspects of the mold repair are optimizedThrough this design can be engaged in quality management work of the authors note that the design process in detail,deepen understanding of the mould structure and work principle,through the application of various kinds of design software such as UG and Mold-Flow analysis software,can timely capture the deficiency of the mold design process and optimize the design process,this series will no doubt to strengthen their work experience and strength.
