Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)is a new high temperature resistant engineering plastic,which has good mechanical properties and dimensional stability at high temperature,and is often used as a support material in extreme environments.However,due to its unique molecular structure,the toughness of the product is poor,and the wear resistance in practical use also needs to be improved.In this thesis,on the basis of PPS,by means of melt blending,the introduction of polyimide(PI)and other packing for PPS improved mechanical properties and tribological performance features,compares the different proportion filler content composites performance difference,and the performance obtained by Moldex3 D software excellent material for actual production to verify the problem.Firstly,the influence of alumina on the properties of the composite was verified by adding micron alumina particles at PPS:PI=90:10.The results show that the composites with the addition of 15 phr alumina powder have the best mechanical and tribological properties,but when the alumina continues to rise,the alumina in the composite begins to agglomerate and abrasive wear occurs in the friction process,resulting in the mechanical and tribological properties begin to decline.DSC results show that the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of composite materials will increase with the increase of alumina content,TGA results also show that with the increase of alumina content of composite material heat resistance is increasing,decomposition temperature and decomposition speed are constantly decreasing.SEM results show that agglomeration occurs when the content of alumina is 20 phr,and the friction surface morphology is the most flat when the content of alumina is 15 phr.Next,the effects of basalt fiber(BF)with different mass ratios on PPS/PI composites were studied.The results show that with the continuous increase of basalt fiber content,the mechanical properties of composite materials and tribology performance will have obvious ascension,in the basalt fiber content is 20 phr composite material has the excellent mechanical and tribological properties.DSC and TGA experiments also show that the heat resistance and crystallization capacity of PPS/PI composites also improved with the increase of basalt fibers.SEM experiment shows that the basalt fiber has good adhesion with polymer matrix,and it has the most regular friction surface when the content of basalt fiber is 20 phr.Finally used Moledx3 D software to get validated the rationality of the materials in the actual production,selected what we need in industrial production base components as a template,according to the actual production requirement design mold structure and process conditions,considerations may appear in all kinds of problems in the forming process,based on the volume shrinkage ratio and warping deformation as the reference standard,Four factors were set as basic variables,namely,pressure holding pressure,time holding pressure,material temperature and mold temperature,and orthogonal experiments were carried out with four factors and three levels.The results showed that when the pressure holding pressure was 160 MPa,When the pressure holding time is20 s,the material temperature is 310?,and the mold temperature is 100?,the maximum warping deformation and the maximum volume shrinkage decrease from6.719% and 6.398 mm to 4.793% and 2.230 mm,respectively,and the volume shrinkage distribution becomes more balanced,and the appearance and mechanical quality of finished products are the best.
