Flexible electronic devices have become one of the research hotspots in recent years because of their flexibility,lightweight,extensibility and potential applications in the wearable field.However,from the perspective of application,the generalized flexible electronic products do not appear in large numbers in the market.Therefore,the subject wants to develop a practical flexible electronic product.The wire rod of the existing data cable of mobile phones will break due to repeated winding,and the surface layer of the wire rod will be oxidized due to sunlight,sweat residue and other reasons,resulting in peeling and glue opening on the surface of the wire rod.If the knitted circuit array is used to replace the wire rod of the existing data cable of mobile phones,it can not only make the prepared data cable of mobile phones flexible,stretchable and wearable,but also improve the shortcomings of easy breaking of the existing data cable of mobile phones and peeling and glue opening on the surface layer of the wire rod.Based on these,this paper develops a kind of knitted circuit array with high fatigue life and excellent elastic recovery to be as the wire of knitted-based data cable of mobile phones,and its interconnection with data cable of mobile phones plug is realized to prepare the knitted-based data cable of mobile phones.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first part is the selection of conductive wire and the fabrication of knitted flexible circuit.Firstly,according to the three parameters of static resistance,resistance change rate and breaking strength,and compared with the resistance of existing data core wire,the enameled wire with specifications of 20×0.08mm and 1×0.35mm can be selected as the conductive wire.Secondly,using knitted technology,a bundle(two)of conductive wires is woven into the knitted fabric in a horizontal way to form a knitted conductive track,and the fatigue life and tensile properties of knitted conductive track with different conductive wires are explored.It is found that the fracture strength and fatigue life of knitted conductive track with double 20×0.08mm enameled wires as conductive wires are better than those with double 1×0.35mm enameled wires as conductive wires,The main reason is that 20×0.08mm enameled wire is softer than 1×0.35mm enameled wire and is less likely to break.Finally,the fatigue life of the knitted conductive track with double 20×0.08mm enameled wire is predicted by Coffin-Manson's formula,and the relationship between fatigue life and strain is (??t)/2=102.375×(2Nf)-0.30.When the strain is 120%,The fatigue life of the knitted conductive track is 490 times,and 1.94×106 times when the strain is 20%.The second part is the fabrication and performance characterization of knitted conductive track with wrapped conductive wire,including the fabrication of wrapped conductive wire,the fabrication and characterization of knitted conductive track with wrapped conductive wire,and the adjustment of fabric density.Nylon has outstanding fatigue life.In order to improve the fatigue life of knitted conductive track,wrap one layer and two layers of nylon on the outside of 20×0.08mm enameled wire respectively,and explore the fatigue life and elastic recovery of knitted conductive track with enameled wire without nylon and enameled wire with these two wrapping structures as conductive wire.Based on the two parameters of fatigue life and elastic recovery rate,the conductive wire is double 20×0.08mm wrapped with a layer of nylon.For knitted fabrics,the higher the density,the better the elastic recovery.Change the fabric density from 25(transverse density)×60(vertical density)to 30(horizontal density)×90(longitudinal density).After increasing the fabric density,the elastic recovery rate of knitted conductive track increases.Although the fatigue life is lower than that before increasing the fabric density,but compared with the knitted conductive track in which the conductive wire is enameled wire without nylon,the fatigue life is still improved to a certain extent.The third part is the fabrication of knitted circuit array and its application in knitted-based data cable of mobile phones.Firstly,the structure of knitted circuit array is designed and selected.According to the fatigue life and elastic recovery rate,the structure with small spacing between conductive wires is selected for knitted circuit array.The second is to realize the interconnection of knitted circuit array/conductive wire and data wire terminal protective shell/solder joint,the knitted-based data cable of mobile phones was prepared.The knitted-based data cable of mobile phones prepared by this topic has high fatigue life,good elastic recovery performance,and the wire is not easy to break and oxidation,and can be combined with clothing,which provides a certain reference value for the development of flexible electronic devices.
