The safety and security of mine personnel is the top priority of the mining industry,and the integrated whole process accurate control of mine personnel has always been the main topic faced by mine researchers.Especially under the condition of complex environment,various risk factors are intricate and intertwined,which poses a great threat to the safety of mine personnel.With the promotion of the "deep integration of two modernizations" of the mine in recent years,it has injected strong scientific and technological force into the development of the mine,and the digital and intelligent management level of the mine has been further improved.At the same time,the mine safety management and control should also adapt to the intelligent level of the mine in the new era,At present,the main problems faced in the process of promoting the intelligent integrated safety management and control of mine workers are: in terms of the uniqueness detection of mine personnel,the commonly used detection equipment is lack of practicability in the complex working environment of the mine,which is easy to be affected by environmental factors,resulting in the problem of low identification efficiency.In terms of the personnel management and control during the underground process,the cage is generally overloaded,and the real-time number of people in the cage is restricted by the operation mode of the cage,so it is difficult to make accurate statistics,Due to the influence of many objective and subjective conditions,the cage personnel statistics are lack of effective technology and accurate control,resulting in a management blind area in the process of personnel going up and down the well;At present,most mines rely on a single underground positioning attendance system to complete employee attendance statistics and determine the working hours of employees,which is prone to cheating in attendance.In the mine single system single business mode,multisystem data separation,prominent information islands and insufficient business interconnection lead to too scattered data collection and processing decisions,difficult to form a joint force of management and control,which is not conducive to the intelligent development of mines.In view of the above problems,based on reading and analyzing a large number of relevant literature,the main research work of this paper is described as follows:(1)Improved image preprocessing algorithm.In order to solve the problem of low-quality face images in the mine environment,after studying the relevant image enhancement algorithms and theories,a face image enhancement algorithm is improved.The improved algorithm has a significant enhancement effect on some face image processing in complex situations of the mine.Compared with the experimental index data,it has a reference value for the preprocessing of face recognition to a certain extent.(2)Optimize the design of cage personnel detection system.In view of the problem that the personnel lifting the cage is prone to overload,and the personnel carrying in the tank cannot be accurately and timely known,a personnel detection system based on RFID technology is proposed.By adding large screen display equipment on each middle surface to display the status information of personnel carrying the cage in real time,the problem of cage overload can be solved,the invalid waiting time can be reduced,and the comfort and safety of miners in the harsh working environment of the mine can be improved.(3)Build a data management and control integration platform.Combined with the original underground personnel positioning system of the mine,build a face recognition and identification system,cage personnel detection system,three system data fusion and control platform,unify the data format and style description,and realize collaborative control business linkage through centralized data processing and comprehensive analysis,so as to provide technical support for effectively solving the accurate control of mine personnel and optimizing the production organization structure,Solve the long-standing problem of integrated whole process comprehensive management and control of downhole personnel in complex environment.
