| The stripping of bamboo shoots is an important process in the deep processing of the bamboo shoot industry,which is also the most time-consuming and laborious process.Especially the domestic and international demand for bamboo shoot products continues to grow,which puts forward higher requirements for bamboo shoot production.At present,the bamboo shoots stripping work is mainly completed by manual work,and the manual bamboo shoots stripping work has high intensity and low efficiency.In addition,the shooting season is generally short,and the low speed of bamboo shoots makes the bamboo shoots from picking in time,causing waste.As the additional product of bamboo shoots,the shell of the bamboo shoots also has high utilization value.However,the working place of artificial bamboo shoot shell stripping is on the mountain,which makes the cost of bamboo shoot shell recovery larger.So,the bamboo shoot shell is generally disposed of in the nearby way.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of bamboo shoot shells stripped and splitted automation devices.The relevant research content is as follows:Firstly,according to the current situation and process of manual bamboo shoot stripping,the bamboo shoot shell stripping process is developed.As a result,the bamboo shell stripping device is designed,including the pressure roller,conveying device,cutter,cutter assembly and stripping roller.Establishing a mechanical model and derivating the bamboo shell stripping process,the main factors that affect the stripping effect of the bamboo shoots in addition to the thickness of the bamboo shoot shell and the characteristics of the bamboo shell materials are the friction coefficient,conveying speed,and inclined angle.Secondly,according to the designed bamboo shell stripping device,the effect of different cutting methods of cutting knives is compared.When a vertical cutting method is adopted,the low stress is determined,and the damage to the bamboo shoots is smaller.Compared with the effects of different cutting speeds,the results show that when the cutting speed is 0.6m/s,the stripping efficiency is high and the cutting stress is small.A modal analysis was performed on the stripping roller.The results showed that the speed of the stripping roller did not have resonance when the speed was lower than 4.9m/s.The simulation analysis of single shell stripping model and multiple shell stripping models by ABAQUS,the rationality of stripping method is proved.Then,according to the characteristics of the bamboo shell structure,based on one-way fiber enhanced composite material destruction and damage theory,the bamboo shoot shells of the shell split process and solution were determined,and the design of the bamboo shoot shell splitted device was completed,which mainly included holding rollers,loose rollers,needle combic rollers,scoop comb,and self-adjusting agency.The dynamics simulation of the designed combing roll was carried out,and the results showed that the bamboo shoot shell splitting function could be realized by using the combing roll for carding action.Finally,combined with the main applicable occasions of the stripping and splitting device of the bamboo shoot shell,and the actual needs of the bamboo shoots,the whole machine design requirements of the stripping and splitting device were formulated.According to the stripping device and wire drawing device,the whole design of bamboo shoot shell stripping and wire drawing device is completed.And the prototype was built. |
