In this paper,Phellinus vanini,Armillariella mellea,Lepista sordida,Pleurotus sajorcaju,Clitocybe maxima,Hericium erinaceus,Tolypocladium sp.Hericium erinaceus,Tolypocladium sp.,Flammulina velutipes,Deconica chionophila,Pleurotus pulmonarius,and fungal strains W029 and A43 were subjected to liquid fermentation.The fermentation broth was extracted with ethyl acetate and concentrated to prepare organic crude extracts,and the antibacterial activity of these 12 crude extracts was determined.Deconica chionophila was selected for further chemical composition analysis based on the results of inhibition experiments,and the strain was identified by ITS molecular identification.The fermentation broth was extracted with ethyl acetate in equal volume and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the organic crude extract of 2.84 g.The four compounds CSM01,CSM02,CSM05 and CSM06 were isolated from the crude extract by column chromatography using reversed-phase silica gel RP-C18,dextran gel Sephadex LH-20 and normal-phase silica gel.According to the data of NMR,MS,the structure of CSM01,CSM02,CSM05 and CSM06 were elucidated as octa-4,6-diyne-1,3-diol(2,4,6-trimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2,5-diyl)dimethanol? 6-acetyl-3-hydroxy-2,2,4,6 – tetramethyl-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-5H-inden-5-one and 2-(2-(hydroxymethyl)-2,4,6-trimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-5-yl)acetic acid.The strutures of these four compounds were searched in Sci-finder database and were found for the first time.The antibacterial assay showed that compound CSM06 had a weak inhibtory effect on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.High performance liquid chromatography and thin-layer chromatography techniques were used to analyze the metabolites of Deconica chionophila at different fermentation times.The results showed that the four metabolites of Deconica chionophila started to be produced on day 6 of the liquid fermentation culture,with compound CSM01 as the main metabolite,and the production of these compounds gradually decreased as the culture time was extended.The experimental results provide a basis for further research on the metabolites of the liquid fermentation of Deconica chionophila.The genus Deconica is a non-hallucinogenic genus that was separated from the broad genus Psilocybe in 2011,and there is a lack of systematic studies on it.In this paper,through the isolation and purification of secondary metabolites and the structural identification of the product changes at different fermentation times,it is shown that Deconica chionophila is one of the important resources of new natural products,and the results of this paper provide an important basis for the further development and utilization of this genus.
