The measurement of tension is very important in the process of polyester tow processing,and it affects the quality of tow.Therefore,the control of the tow tension can be realized only when the tension of the tow is measured.There are two measuring methods for tow tension,one is fixed measurement of tension,and the other is automatic circuit measurement of tension.In the system of automatic circuit measurements of tension,it is necessary to track and match the same tow in the local tow image and the panoramic tow image by using the panoramic and local camera.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,this paper studies the tracking algorithm of tow-matching based on global and local double cameras.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper designs a dynamic deformation correction algorithm for the global tow image by analyzing the characteristics of the global tow image.The algorithm uses Hough transform to detect the common lines of the left and right edge points of the tow,calculates the inclination Angle of the tow,and then performs rotation correction.(2)This paper analyzes the characteristics of the tow and designs a feature extraction method of the tow.This method mainly extracted the area feature,contour feature,and distance feature of the left and right center of the tow.(3)In the process of local feature extraction of the tow,this paper tries to use a variety of feature point detection algorithms to detect the feature points of the tow image.The feature point detection algorithms used in this paper include SIFT algorithm,ORB algorithm,SURF algorithm and KAZE algorithm.In this paper,the ORB algorithm is selected to detect the feature points of the filament image.(4)In the process of local feature extraction of the tow,this paper tries to use a variety of feature point detection algorithms to detect the feature points of the tow image.The feature point detection algorithms used in this paper include SIFT algorithm,ORB algorithm,SURF algorithm and KAZE algorithm.In this paper,the ORB algorithm is selected to detect the feature points of the tow image.(5)DMA algorithm is designed and improved in this paper.CMA algorithm is proposed in this paper,which improves the accuracy of the feature matching and reduces the time of the feature matching.(6)In this paper,a dynamic matching tracking algorithm is designed for the tow,and then the problem of how the horizontal servo motor reaches directly above the tension detection point of the tow is studied in depth.In this paper,the two-point multiple method is proposed,which solves this problem well.(7)This paper designs the tow dynamic matching tracking software for the textile production personnel.The dynamic matching and tracking algorithm designed in this paper is a part of the research of automatic traveling tension detection.The algorithm mainly solves the matching and tracking problem of the same tow in global and local images.
