With the development of technology,the research of machine vision and image processing used in fabric defect detection is more and more,mainly focused on the on-line detection and cloth inspection in fabric production.In the actual production of garment industry,the traditional surface quality detection of textiles includes defects location,extraction and other processes are mostly completed by artificial vision,it is inevitable to have poor detection effect and other problems.In order to meet the needs of fabric quality inspection in garment processing industry,the defect identification can be quickly located and extracted in the process of cloth laying,and it can automatically match the position of the cut sample,so as to facilitate the supplementary cutting and replacement of the defective sample.In this paper,a new method based on The algorithm of automatic sample cutting and image matching is applied to realize fast detection and location of defective samples,which is used to optimize the spreading,cutting and replenish of defective samples.Based on the theory of mathematical morphology,topological geometry and so on,the topological relation between sample slice and defect is established,and the relation of measurement is established.By means of the detection experiment system of flaw detection,the layout analysis of DOCAD,the topological relation intersection matrix model and HALCON image processing algorithm of DOCAD are established,and the process flow such as the actual situation of the enterprise and the automatic discharge and automatic cutting of DOCAD software are combined,and the validity of the algorithm is verified by using the denim jacket of dyed denim DOCAD.The main idea of this paper is to process the image of the defective sample on the experimental inspection system of the defective sample,and to unify the layout diagram of DOCAD,the three coordinates of automatic cutting bed,and to obtain the coordinate information of defect identification through the acquisition system.Combining with the DOCAD automatic layout software,the layout information of the sample is obtained,and the coordinate information of the defect identification is matched with the layout information of the sample,and the vector diagram of the defect sample is obtained on the layout diagram of the DOCAD software,and then the vector diagram of the defect sample is converted into a bitmap.Once again unified layout made of qualified samples to replace defective samples.In the course of the research,combining the theory of topology,mathematical morphology,and the software such as DOCAD? HALCON and so on,The experiment shows that the image matching algorithm based on garment automatic cutting system can realize the detection and localization of common defects.It provides a certain theoretical significance and reference value for the extraction of textile samples containing defects.
