With the increasing demand for entertainment,The sales of game console products that can satisfy people’s leisure and entertainment are gradually increasing.In order to bring consumers a new game entertainment experience,commissioned by the company to develop a guitar-themed electronic music simulation game console,this thesis designed an electronic entertainment guitar with guitar instruments as the carrier.The product belongs to the control type of TV amusement products,it is integrated into the characteristics of the guitar,such as the playing form and cultural background of the guitar.The difficulty of its operation is reduced by replacing the strings with the keys,and the fun of the game is added to it,so that it can adapt to the demands of different game consumers.As a device for controlling games,the electronic entertainment guitar involves many design elements,therefore,this thesis mainly focuses on the electronic entertainment guitar product shell and its internal structure to carry out research,the main content is as follows.This thesis follows the conventional design process of the product to design the structure of the electronic entertainment guitar.In the product concept design stage,starting from the user needs,based on the KANO model,the user needs are classified around electronic entertainment guitars.Then according to the relevant principles of product concept design,the overall characteristics,functions,performance,structure and other elements of electronic entertainment guitar products are expounded.In the detailed design stage,with the help of reverse engineering technology,the data collection and data processing of an electric guitar on the market are carried out.The model of the reverse reconstruction of the electric guitar is taken as the overall framework design basis of the electronic entertainment guitar,and the top-down design idea is adopted,and the model is gradually refined,and the modeling of the shell and internal structure of the electronic entertainment guitar is completed.Two static conditions and four typical drop conditions were analyzed for electronic entertainment guitars using finite element software tools.By analyzing the finite element calculation results,the deficiencies and weaknesses of the initial model of the electronic entertainment guitar were found.There is a problem of stress concentration and large deformation in the upper and lower shells of the electronic entertainment guitar neck,and the side wall of the box is plastically deformed during the fall process.In view of these problems,the stress distribution of the electronic entertainment guitar under various working conditions is changed by arranging stiffeners,and the structure of the initial model is improved according to the finite element analysis results.After the strength check,the improved structure of the electronic entertainment guitar meets the strength design requirements.Before the structural scheme of the electronic entertainment guitar is determined,by studying the stress and deformation of the reinforcement ribs of different size parameters under the same force condition,two structural parameter schemes that meet the requirements of strength design are proposed on the basis of the initial scheme,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme.Finally,the stress situation,safety factor and the total mass of the shell of each scheme are compared,and an optimal scheme is compared and determined as the final structural parameter scheme of the electronic entertainment guitar.
