With the vigorous development of wind power generation and the increasing operation of wind turbines,the problem of wind turbine blade icing is becoming more and more serious.It may cause damage to the blades and personal safety accidents within the scope.Therefore,the research on anti-icing and de-icing of wind turbine blades is of great significance for the safe operation of wind turbines and the guarantee of power generation efficiency.Electric heating deicing technology is considered to be the most efficient and economical method for deicing fan blades.However,due to the particularity and complexity of the working environment of fans,the current research results at home and abroad are mostly limited to the theoretical simulation of the icing and deicing process of fan blades.Deicing energy consumption,this paper proposes an intermittent heating deicing method,and through the theoretical study of the heat transfer process of the ice layer and the deicing experimental simulation,theoretical analysis,MATLAB simulation and experimental verification,the intermittent heating and deicing method is determined.Fan blade de-icing model;in order to visually analyze the de-icing effect,this paper analyzes the heat transfer process,and indirectly calculates the de-icing time and de-icing energy consumption through an algorithm,which can intuitively study the de-icing efficiency;in order to study the de-icing of fan blades by electric heating The influence of the method on the ice melting process and the deicing effect was analyzed by comparative experiments by configuring a reasonable heating interval and continuous heating method,and the influence of environmental factors on the deicing effect was also analyzed.The research results show that,through the analysis of environmental parameters,a single heating time can be reasonably set,and intermittent heating can save energy compared with continuous heating.In order to further save energy consumption,the heating method is optimized,and temperature segmented heating control is adopted according to the temperature change characteristics of the heat transfer process.The research results have certain engineering practical significance for improving the deicing efficiency of fan blades and reducing the waste of wind energy resources.
