In recent years,in order to cope with the serious energy crisis,China has strongly advocated the development of renewable resources,especially wind energy,which is a cleanly and renewable,wind power generation is gradually popularized in China.As one of the important components of wind turbine,the surface quality of wind power blades has an important effect on the efficiency of wind power generation.In the process of production and repair of wind power blades,grinding is a necessary process,now grinding process mostly done by worker artificial,there is a severe operating environments,workers labor intensity,low efficiency,in addition,because of the wind power blades material for composite materials,in the process of grinding susceptible to grinding burns and will affect the quality of blades surface,thus,reducing the blades surface grinding temperature,avoiding wind power blades grinding burns deserve to be studied.For wind power blades grinding burns,put forward using intermittent cup grinding wheel for air-cooled active grinding heat dissipation,considering the structure of intermittent cup grinding wheel and grinding wheel wear in grinding process and grinding force distribution,using the approximate analytical method to establish a kind of vertical surface grinding heat source model,and deduceing the periodic change of mobile temperature field under the heat source distribution.The ANSYS is used for numerical simulation to establish a 3d transient heat conduction model for the grinding of wind power blades,and the grinding temperature is predicted.In order to improve the intensity of convective heat transfer and accelerate the heat dissipation of air-cooled grinding,based on the basic theory of heat transfer,the heat dissipation characteristics is studied,the mathematical calculation model of convective heat transfer coefficient of intermittent cup molding wheel is established,and modifies the temperature field distribution under the grinding heat source of intermittent cup molding wheel.Starting from the heat conduction and thermal convection,the intermittent cup wheel is used for grinding to reduce the generation of heat,the forced convection heat transfer parameters are optimized,the convective heat transfer intensity is improved to speed up the heat discharge,and finally the wind power grinding temperature is reduced.Establishing Wind power blades grinding experiment platform to verify this theory analysis: through HD infrared thermal imager and thermometer with thermocouple fixed measurement,getting the actual distribution of temperature field and the temperature curve of special fixed-point,verifying the accuracy of the analytical solution and numerical solution of the intermittent grinding temperature field.Further study of different grinding parameters for wind power blades composite materials grinding temperature,comparing intermittent cup wheel and ordinary cup wheel supreme grinding temperature grinding in particular parameters,researching intermittent grinding on the practical effects of the wind power blades cooling,the experiment results show that the intermittent grinding can effectively reduce about 30% of the maximum grinding temperature.
