Studies On Factors Of Compatible Stability Of Fluconazole Sodium Chloride Ingection For Injection And Relative Drugs

Object:Inquiry study in different conditions of fluconazole injection(FSCI)respectively with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(LHI),clindamycin hydrochloride injection(CHI),ceftriaxone sodium for injection(CSI),lactose acid azithromycin for injection(ALI)compatibility stability of four drugs.Method:Observed by uv spectrophotometry investigation under the condition of different illumination and different manufacturer of fluconazole injection(FSCI)respectively with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(LHI),clindamycin hydrochloride injection(CHI),ceftriaxone sodium for injection(CSI),lactose azithromycin for injection(ALI)after the compatibility,compatibility solution appearance,pH,ultraviolet spectrum,the change of absorbance values.Results:By analyzing the compatibility of liquid appearance,pH,uv spectrum and absorbance value changes,it is concluded that fluconazole injection(FSCI)respectively with clindamycin hydrochloride injection(CHI),ceftriaxone sodium for injection(CSI)compatibility,the ultraviolet spectrum,absorbance values than compatibility before there are significant differences,so the compatibility taboo;with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(LHI),lactose acid azithromycin for injection(ALI)compatibility after the compatibility of liquid appearance,pH,ultraviolet spectrum,absorbance values were not obvious changes,so the compatibility can be used.Which can be further fluconazole injection(FSCI)and clindamycin hydrochloride injection(CHI),ceftriaxone sodium for injection(CSI)have compatibility taboo;With levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(LHI),lactose acid azithromycin for injection(ALI)can be used in combination.Conclusion:Fluconazole injection(FSCI)respectively with clindamycin hydrochloride injection(CHI),ceftriaxone sodium for injection(CSI)under the condition of these compatibility exists compatibility taboo,with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(LHI),lactose acid azithromycin for injection(ALI)compatibility can be used.In order to ensure clinical medication safety,prohibit fluconazole injection in the process of transfusion and compatibility with the above two kinds of drugs,and lactose acid for injection azithromycin injection(ALI),levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(LHI)compatibility can be used.
