The research progress of resonance scattering spectral analysis was reviewed.The analytical progress of Carbon monoxide,sulfite and sulfides were summarized.The application of aptamers was summarized.1 The determination of trace carbon monoxide by resonance Rayleigh scattering spectrocopy with palladium/silver/gold nanoparticleCarbon monoxide(CO)can react with PdCl2,AgN03 and HAuCl4 respectively leading to the generation of nano palladium,silver and gold particles in the 0.04 mol/L PBS buffer of pH 7.2 or pH 5.2 NaAc buffer.The strong reducibility of CO also makes it possible to react with reduced palladium(Ⅱ)-ethylene diamine complex generating palladium nanoparticles.The generated nanoparticles exhibited resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS)peak at 370 nm.And the increased RRS intensity(ΔI370nm)responds linearly with the concentration of CO in the range of 0.1-1.5 μg/mL,0.05-5.0 μg/mL and 0.1-1.5μg/mL,respectively.Therefore,a new method of RRS spectral analysis can be established for the CO determination in the air,which have the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity,rapid and simple operation.CO can combine with hemoglobin(Hb)to form carbon oxygen hemoglobin(HbCO)in the pH 7.4 Tris-HCl buffer solution.When the graphene oxide(GO),AgNR,or AgNT was added,the RRS intensity decreased at 420 nm because the overlap between the RRS spectra of nanoparticles aggregation and HbCO absorption spectra could lead to the energy transfer.And the decreased RRS intensity ΔI420nm responds linearly with the concentration of CO in the range of 0.05-0.5 μg/mL.Accordingly,a new method of resonance Rayleigh scattering energy transfer(RRS-ET)is also established for CO detection with high sensitivity,good selectivity,rapid and simple operation.2 The determination of sulfite by resonance Rayleigh scattering spectroscopy based on energy transferIn pH 7.0 PBS buffer solution,sulfite(SO32-),I3-could be reduced to I-,and the I3concentration decreased.With absence of SO32-,the concentration of I3-could achieve the heightest,and the energy transferred to I3-from resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS)of Graphene oxide(GO)surface plasmon was the most,which led the signal of RRS quenched to the lowest.With the increase of SO32-concentration,the amount of I3-reduced,so did the energy transferred from RRS of GO.And the systematic strength of resonance enhanced at 370nm.In the chosen condition,the concentration of S032-had great linear relationship with RRS intensity in the range of 2.5-250μmol/L,with linear regression equation of ΔI370nm=6.9C+7.3,According to this phenomenon,a new menthod for SO32-determination based on the RRS-ET could be established.In pH 6.8 PBS buffer solutions,SO32-could react with basic fuchsin(RA),which led RA fade,and the concentration of RA decreased with SO32-concentration increasing.When AuNP/AuNF/AgNR was added into the system,less RRS energy will transferred to RA from nanogold aggregates,and the RRS intensity enhanced at 370 nm and 500 nm respectively.Accordingly,a new method for SO32-determination based on RRS-ET could be established.3 The determination of sulfides based on the energy transfer of resonance Rayleigh scattering spectroscopyIn the zinc acetate and sodium acetate buffer solution,nano gold/sliver was aggregated,and had strong RRS peak at 500 nm.Methylthionine chloride,which could be generated by the reaction of Na2S,dimethylphenylenediamine(DMPD)and ammonium ferric sulfate,was the scattering energy receptor.When it got close to the nano gold/sliver,which was donor of the energy,the scattering resonance energy transferred and led the Rayleigh scattering signal quenching.With the increase of Na2S concentration,the amount of methylthionine chloride increased,and the scattering energy enhanced,leading the intensity of Rayleigh scattering at 500nm decreased linearly.The reduced value ΔI500nm had linear relationship with Na2S concentration in the range of 0.1-50.0 μmol/L.So the new method based on RRS-ET for Na2S determination could be established,which had the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity,easy operation and fast.
