The Study Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Introducing Professional Managers Of A-type Corporate

China’s private enterprises developed from small to big,from zero to many of them for three decades of China reform and opening up since 1978.Our private enterprises have started to encounter the development bottleneck and a variety of management and marketing problems when their development scale continues to grow bigger with the global economic integration.Only the entrepreneurs’ personal successful experiences and personal charisma have far enough to resolve these issues.Therefore,the introduction of professional managers will play an important role to make a bigger and stronger private enterprise.This article is based on the related issues of small and medium private enterprises currently experiencing the introduction of professional managers.The author,who has been working in human resources of private listed companies(A-type corporate)for many years,took advantage of the related theory and collected the actual issues as a research base.The author proposed the feasible solution of using professional managers in A-type enterprise in the future by analyzing the current situation of introducing professional managers,interviewing the business owners and professional managers in person,following the whole process and effect of hiring professional managers,drawing conclusion from the successful lessons and learning lessons from failure.To introduce the professional talents successfully,firstly,entrepreneur should resolve conflicts between the professional talent and company before and after hiring them.Company should make efforts to optimize the existing corporate culture;establish a scientific evaluation system and training system.The most critical thing is to maintain adequate communication between the entrepreneurs and professional managers.The internal aspect of professional managers is to melt into the enterprise actively.All these measures can be successful,need three parties,"A" business,business owners and professional managers to make efforts to work together to achieve win-win finally.
