Agricultural production is inseparable from the development of pesticides.Metamifop is a new type of high efficiency,low toxicity,environmentally friendly aryloxyphenoxy propionate herbicides.It has high anti-activity for annual gramineous weeds.At present,is not yet ripe of the domestic process of metamifop.So,in order to reduce the production cost of metamifop,Study on the synthesis route of metamifop has a very important significance to suitable for industrial production.On the basis of referring to relevant of at home and abroad synthetic routes,this paper designed a new synthetic route suitable for industrial production,this paper is described very in detail of the new synthetic route of metamifop.N-methy-2-fluoroaniline was obtained from 2-fluoroaniline as starting material via the process of formylation,methylsulfonate methylation and hydrochloric acid-methanol hydrolysis reaction.(R)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propionyl chloride was obtained from L-alanine as starting material via the process of sodium nitrite diazotization,hydroquinone condensation reaction,chlorinated sulfoxide chloride;N-methy-2-fluoroaniline and(R)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propionyl chloride was synthesized by acylation reaction to produce N-(2-fluorophenyl)-N-methyl-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propanamide,and finally the metamifop was synthesized by etherification with 2,6-dichlorobenzoxazoie.The main side reactions in each reaction were discussed in detail.The influence factors such as reaction temperature,reaction time and material ratio were investigated experimentally.Under optimal conditions,the yield of metamifop was 73.28%and the purity was above 99.5%.The synthetic process is simple,high yield,and high purity,suitable for industrial production.In the end,the chemical structures of metamifop and intermediates had been characterized by ~1H-NMR and high performance liquid chromatography to detect purity.
