Penicillin is still as one of the most main antibiotic drugs,as a inhibition on gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria,the effect on Escherichia coli,bacillus,salmonella,flu and some proteus antibacterial is much stronger.But the incidence of Penicillin allergy reaction is at the top of the various types of drugs,it can cause even anaphylaxis shock or death and other serious conditions.Over the years,studies have shown that the hypersensitivity induced by penicillin is not the drug itself,but the polymer.The existence of high polymer is the main reason for the allergy of penicillins.This topic is about how to reduce the content of high polymer in penicillin potassium industrial salt.This paper gives a detailed description of the present domestic and foreign research results to Penicillin potassium salt polymer.The refining process of penicillin production is described in detail.according to several Key aspects of the current industrial production of penicillin potassium sait,the experimental verifications were carried out.RBA washing times and crystallization temperature were the key influence factor of penicillin potassium salt polymer content.Through the study of this subject,we found effective measures to reduce the polymer content in penicillin potassium industrial salt,to improve the quality index of penicillin potassium salt products in our company,to provide effective technical support to reduce the risk of penicillin allergy in our plant.
