SF6has been widely used in high voltage electrical equipment for its excellent insulation performance and arc extinguishing performance.However,as people pay more attention to environmental issues such as global warming,the ultra-high greenhouse effect of SF6has been listed as a limited emission gas.Therefore,the research and development of new green and environment-friendly SF6alternative gas cannot be neglected.At present,at home and abroad has not developed an excellent material to completely solve this problem.Based on the rigorous theoretical calculation model,sulfur nitrogen trifluoride is predicted to be an excellent insulating substitute gas with low greenhouse effect.This paper mainly makes experimental research to discuss the preparation method of this gas molecule.In order to synthesize this kind of substitute gas which is not available in the market at present,based on the feasibility and other factors,this project designed a two-step synthesis route of the new substitute gas sulfur trifluoride nitrogen by backward method,and optimized and amplified the route.The following conclusions are obtained:For four four sulfur gas liquid nitriding reaction intermediates,from the factors such as stirring speed,post-processing solvent optimized experimental research,get four four sulfur nitride synthesis condition is:under the ice bath,dilution volume ratio1:10,ammonia flow rate of 1200 ml/min,the reaction time of 1 h,mechanical stirring speed increases with reaction concentrate and accelerated,anhydrous diethyl ether as liquid dry coarse product processing solvent,processed products again purified by recrystallization;The solid crude product is recrystallized in the way of secondary purification after extractive drying,and the recrystallized solvent is benzene,which can avoid the sulfur eutectoid of by-product and improve the yield of tetrathionitride to the greatest extent through the test of solubility difference.The target instead of gas solid liquid reaction of sulfur nitrogen trifluoride is optimized,the reaction time,raw material ratio,reaction temperature,the receive mode was studied,its synthesis condition is constant temperature oil 77℃,fluoride resistant metal reaction device four four sulfur and nitrogen in two silver fluoride mole ratio is 1:16,4 h reaction time,reaction gas by 3%potassium permanganate solution,lead dioxide powder and calcium chloride powder after drying with dry ice collection for the cooling medium to lead dioxide powder and calcium chloride powder after drying with dry ice collection for the cooling medium to the cold trap,absolute pressure of 0.3 MPa,80%concentration of sulfur nitrogen trifluoride the dielectric strength of the sample is about the same 1.28 times under the condition of pure sulfur hexafluoride..X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectrum(Raman),elemental analyzer(EA),ft-ir spectrum(ft-ir),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(gc-ms)were used to characterize,and the experimental results were verified.
