A Cultural Symbol Of Local Specialty Snacks From The Perspective Of Food Anthropology

Liangpi as the concept of food culture has been in ancient times,Dawukou liangpi is the local modern civilization development of food symbols and business CARDS.For Dawukou people,liang PI is the local and surrounding areas are popular local characteristics snacks.Its development has gone through a process from ordinary urban food behavior to local cultural elements.The article is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reason and significance of this topic,the research context of dietetic anthropology at home and abroad and the research status of cold skin,as well as the research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part of the body,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the relationship between the origin and urban background of Liangpi in Dawukou,mainly introduces the cultural and historical connotation of liangpi symbol.Chapter two focuses on the relationship between the regional characteristics of liangpi catering and urban social changes;The third chapter mainly discusses the establishment process of Dawukou liangpi as a food symbol,and analyzes the development process of Dawukou people from being fond of eating liangpi to paying attention to the aesthetic feeling of liangpi industry.This paper introduces in detail how various official and social forces promote the development of food symbols in the above process,and analyzes in detail the significance of Dawukou Liangpi as a food symbol from the perspective of the identity of diners.Chapter four investigates the social effect of liang PI symbol.The study thinks that liangpi,as a representative symbol of local snacks,has obvious regional characteristics in the development of food culture in Dawukou.According to the status quo of the use of liangpi symbols in Dawukou People’s Daily life,the significance of people’s symbols is comprehensively analyzed.People construct special food symbols to highlight the uniqueness of their group,use symbolic operation,and use cold skin to symbolize the self-identification of social identity.The third part is the conclusion.By reviewing the process of symbolization of the cold skin in Dawukou,this paper further explores the means by which people,food and region are closely linked in a specific historical context.The practice of cultural symbol from top to bottom in Dawukou society unifies a large number of social individuals under the will of the group,and enables the public to merge into the process of group shaping in a state of unconsciousness.
