| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of science and technology and the rapid development of social productivity,the scale of human transformation and natural utilization has expanded unprecedentedly,bringing huge wealth and rapid economic growth to mankind.But there is a shortage of resources,ecological imbalance and environmental degradation,human production activities have a huge negative impact on the health of the living environment and itself,causing a serious threat to people’s living environment and ecological civilization,population,resources and environment leads to the contradiction between the increasingly prominent.All over the world,we began to realize that we should save resources and protect the environment.Therefore,many countries have made relevant policies and regulations to further promote environmental conservation,green environment and sustainable development.The production enterprises only consider the economic benefits of the purchasing mode already can not adapt to the current development needs,especially in the automotive and other industrial fields,because these companies needed raw materials and parts are numerous,so choose the supplier a lot,so in order to achieve sustainable development,the implementation of green procurement is more and more urgent.For green procurement,a reasonable choice of green suppliers is a key link,and is also a key link to improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.So which suppliers are reasonable suppliers,and how to select these suppliers,which is the problem that every manufacturing enterprise must face.At the same time,for multi-source procurement,how to allocate reasonable orders among selected suppliers is another key problem that needs to be solved in green procurement.In view of the selection of green suppliers and the allocation of orders between suppliers,this paper carried out related research work,mainly including the following aspects:Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad in the field of supplier selection and summarizes and extracts the theory of green procurement and green suppliers.On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and sustainable development research,we put forward the traditional evaluation index and environmental index system,and select the final index after screening.Secondly,a green supplier selection method based on fuzzy similar case is given.In recent years,similar case-based reasoning has received extensive attention.This paper has improved the theory of similar case-based reasoning and applied it in the field of supplier selection.First,we determine the similarity computation model of historical cases and target cases;then,we retrieve case;secondly,we evaluate the potential suppliers in the market,then confirm the final supplier selection strategy through comparison,and finally store the cases.Thirdly,build order allocation model.On the basis of considering environmental factors,this paper constructs a multi-objective programming model to allocate orders to suppliers,and ultimately helps decision makers make green purchasing strategies.Fourthly,the application of the method and model is proposed for validating the developed approach.In order to illustrate the application process of the fuzzy similar case of green supplier selection method and the multi-objective order allocation model in practice based on the process of developing green procurement strategy application of the above methods and models in BQ new energy group new energy battery suppliers in. |
