In Nowadays,the core of supply chain management is related to supplier management.Suppliers are controlling the fate of enterprises in terms of customer expectations,cost control,delivery timeliness,after-sales service and research strength.Product quality and price influenced its core competitiveness in the market,as well as the supply chain of each component core competence.Therefore,supplier selection is considered and discussed in this paper.If the Supplier selection is proper or not,it's related to the enterprise survival and long-term development,so it's particularly important to obtain evaluation index,select evaluation index and evaluation method chosen during the evaluation process to find the most valuable supplier for enterprise supply chain management and it has a realistic significance for the enterprise.Outdoor fuel market influenced by the international oil price ups and downs,and denominated currency fluctuations,thus it's very important for company to control outdoor fuel products price.L enterprise throughout the promote purchase scale and fuel supplier integration,to effectively control costs and defense international oil prices and exchange rate impact to the enterprise.To standardize the purchasing work flow and reduce the fuel supply risk and effectively control fuel cost,L company take comprehensive evaluation and management to fuel suppliers and closely track to the fuel market by the procurement method.Under the way of tender purchase,L company need take a comprehensive evaluation of the supplier to reduce the previous ratio of whose price is lower and it can get the contact.L company's current existing evaluation process simple and not complete,evaluation process is objective,It's unable to comply with the management further demands.In this paper,the fuel supplier selection problems are discussed,the supplier evaluation factors reviewed and selected by the expert consultation method and evaluation content,and set up evaluation index system,and carries on the quantitative analysis to various refining indicators,to enhance the index system more practical.The empirical research by combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the theory of project management of fuel suppliers.This paper mainly includes the followings:First of all,it's described the background of how is the supply chain system generated,the paper discussed the existing deficiencies of L company current supplier selection evaluation process,and to establish the improvement of supplier evaluation system.How to make the decision to choose the most valuable supplier in the complex system of supply chain management.Secondly,this paper discusses how to establish assessment system for supplier selection and evaluation,and qualitative and quantitative analysis of supplier selection and evaluation system on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).By the practice results comparing,the improvement of L company supplier selection process with more practical exercise and objective validity by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)when choosing suppliers.Finally,just use L company outdoor product industry for example,establishing a model for supplier selection based on price,quality,service level,technical,and legal aspects of qualification of the supplier to evaluate the comprehensive strength,eventually pick out the most appropriate suppliers as partners.It will provide beneficial exploration evaluation for L company outdoor fuel supplier selection by supplier selection project improvement plan research based on supplier evaluation method of domestic and foreign research present situation and the theory of supply chain management.
