Abstract/Summary:
Industrial production produces much dust which has to be removed by dust removing equipment.It sucks dust into pipes by negative pressure.When dust meets sparks in the dust transport,explosion may occur.It is necessary to design a spark energy monitoring system to avoid danger at the source in the current industrial field.This research is about security analysis of a spark energy monitoring system and implementation of its mobile application.In this thesis,a mobile terminal application that is used in conjunction with spark detection equipment is designed.It collects and stores data sent by the spark detection equipment.Then the stored data will be displayed in the mobile terminal system which controls the spark detection equipment.In the development and design,whether we can get information in time and accurately will affect the probability of accidents.It is necessary to ensure the system security and the absolute correctness of data collected by the mobile terminal based on relative modules.The system contains three independent subsystems: data acquisition subsystem,spark energy monitoring system and system management subsystem.Functional modules of the system include data acquisition module,system management module,task processing module,statistical information module and map visualization module.Data acquisition module is used for data transport between the equipment and server.Other modules can interact with the equipment on this basis.System management module is in charge of comprehensive management of the equipment and users,which provides background management for the mobile terminal system.Task processing module mainly deals with warning information and troubleshooting information.So,users can control the equipment.Statistical information module presents warning information and troubleshooting information as tables,which is convenient for users to visually watch the equipment.Map visualization module monitors the current operation of the equipment.That facilitates users to view the overall state of the equipment.Besides,the domain name white list mechanism is applied to prevent security holes in the Cordova framework and effectively avoid malicious external access.The application of encryption technology improves the security of the spark energy monitoring system.The usage of KDC key distribution center conducts identity authentication of the two sides of data transmission.Besides,session key is generated for both sides of communication to conduct session encryption.In addition,it adopts digital signatures based on RSA signature mechanism for digital signing of the device information files distributed in file distribution module.That ensures the confidentiality,integrity and undeniability of the device information files.In particular,MD5 function is used to generate the digests for the device information files.RSA is used to encrypt and decrypt the digests.And the session key is used to encrypt and transmit the device information files.All those improves the security of the file distribution module.The system has run successfully.It realized automatic monitoring and control of tiny spark in industrial plants.It changed previous monitoring modes and met the design needs together with the spark detection equipment.
