The dust in the workplace takes up a significant part in occupational hazards,which is distributed in many industries such as mining,construction,metal processing,food processing,wood products processing,plastic products processing,new materials,medicine and chemical industry,etc.,seriously affecting the health of workers and even causing explosions.Taking metal dust as an example,this project studies the technology of dust detection in the workplace,and develops a set of dust monitoring system on-line,which is great significance to prevent and control harm.The research content of this thesis mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)Based on the basic characteristics of metal dust,the detection method of dust concentration is introduced,and the light scattering method is selected to measure the concentration of metal dust according to the requirement of real-time on-line monitoring.Through experiments,the measurement method of metal dust is studied,and the linear relationship between dust particle size,dust concentration and light intensity is established,which lays a foundation for dust monitoring on-line.(2)Comparing the hardware and software schemes of developing the data interaction function module,Zijin Bridge configuration software is selected to develop the data interaction function module of the dust monitoring instrument,which satisfies the data compatibility of the monitoring platform to a variety of instruments,realizes the unified management of various monitoring instruments,and is beneficial to the function expansion of the monitoring platform.(3)Use Java technology to develop the on-line monitoring platform for metal dust in the workplace,with monitoring object tracking,monitoring instrument management,real-time dynamic data monitoring,data ratio analysis and real-time early warning based on occupational health-related standards,preservation of test results,query of historical data,dynamic evaluation of dust occupational hazards and other functions.The construction of application demonstration point is completed,and the system meets the requirement of on-line monitoring of metal dust in the workplace.The demonstration application shows that the system has the characteristics of friendly interface,convenient operation,simple maintenance,reliable performance and strong expansibility,which has certain popularization value.
