| Jiangxi province as one of the first batch of national ecological experimental zone of civilization,is a high recognition of ecological civilization"sample of Jiangxi province".Fuzhou city as leading model in Jiangxi province,the ecological civilization,the national ecological product value realization mechanism of pilot city,to explore an ecological advantage in Jiangxi province and even the whole country into development advantages into economic value.The quality of the ecological environment is important for the construction of ecological civilization.The research and analysis of the current situation and development trend of the regional ecological environment quality is helpful to deepen the understanding of ecological civilization and provide correct guidance for the construction of ecological civilization.Therefore this research with the aid of RSEI model of remote sensing and GIS technology to the present situation of the ecological environment quality in the study area,scientific,dynamic and objectively evaluate the analysis by using system dynamics to build the system dynamics(SD)model,to the development of the study area ecological environment quality situation to carry on the simulation.Through the simulation to find the right regional ecological civilization construction of the ecological economy coordinated development.This study takes the main urban area and surrounding areas of Fuzhou as the research object,relies on remote sensing and GIS technology,construct the RSEI model with greenness index,dryness index and heat index,analyzes and grass the changes of ecological environment quality in the research area from2007 to 2017,and learns the current situation of ecological environment quality in Fuzhou city.On this basis,the system dynamics model of the ecological environment quality of Fuzhou city was constructed by using the system dynamics theory and method,the development trend of the ecological environment quality of Fuzhou city was simulated,and the changes of the ecological environment quality of Fuzhou city in the future were predicted under the current policy development.Then by adjusting the control variables,the scenario simulation scheme is designed to simulate the development trend of Fuzhou city under different policy conditions,and finally the economic development coordination scheme that is relatively consistent with the ecological concept is determined,and the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the construction of ecological environment civilization in Fuzhou are put forward.Main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of ecological environment quality in Fuzhou is relatively good,and the foundation of ecological environment quality is relatively good.From 2007 to 2013,the ecological environment quality of Fuzhou city was greatly improved.From 2013 to 2017,due to the remarkable development of social economy,the ecological environment quality had a small decline,and from 2007 to 2017,the overall trend was on the rise.According to the current development conditions,the ecological environment quality of Fuzhou city will slow down in the future.(2)From 2007 to 2017,the ecological environment quality of Fuzhou is basically getting better or unchanged.The proportion of regions that were better or unchanged was 91.60%,which was in the dominant position.The areas with good ecological environment quality are mainly distributed in the hilly areas with high vegetation coverage.The areas with poor ecological environment quality are mainly distributed in the main urban area of Fuzhou city,especially the five industrial platform parks and unused bare land.The substantial expansion of building land and the large-scale reduction of vegetation cover lead to the poor ecological environment quality in this area.(3)The RSEI model constructed by remote sensing and GIS technology can quickly,objectively,quantitatively and intuitively analyze and evaluate the status quo of regional ecological environment quality from the spatial level.Among the four indexes of RSEI model,Wet,which represents humidity,and NDVI,which represents greenness,have a greater positive impact on RSEI,while NDBSI,which represents dryness,has a greater negative impact on RSEI.(4)In 2035,the total population of Fuzhou is expected to reach 1.199.89million,the number of people in employment is expected to reach 663,500,the GDP is expected to reach 88.661 billion yuan,the area of building land will reach 1746.69 km~2,and the amount of waste water treatment is expected to reach 133.287 million tons.The degree of supply and demand of water resources is gradually strained,and the degree of ecological environment pollution shows a slow rising trend.In contrast,the ecological environment quality in the research area will gradually deteriorate.(5)The ecological economy coordinated development scheme shows that changing economic development model,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,expand the high-centralized industry employment market,reduce the construction land for investment,attaches great importance to the environmental protection investment,increased pollution,strengthen ecological environmental protection consciousness,advocate,the energy saving low consumption is the Fuzhou city to explore the ecological value to the economic value of the optimal solution. |
