Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The Inner Mongolia Under The Background Of Desertification

The emergence of western ecological civilization theory and China's environmental problems and domestic culture have contributed to the rise of ecological civilization in China.The 11th national congress proposed the construction of a "five integrated" pattern,which marked the further maturity of China's ecological civilization construction.As the newly added strategic goal of China,the construction of ecological civilization should be integraded into its own ecological civilization construction plan.The sandy desert is a special geological environment of nearly half of the north and northwest,it is semi-arid and fully arid.For the kind of environment,it should be corresponding to consruction of a set of sand ecological civilization construction plan to deal with the problem of ecological environment in the sandy area.This set of schemes cannot blind the sand,and some of the sand is the natural sand,which is the geological environment that has lasted for thousands of years,and some of the sand that is caused by modern people.Different methods should be used for different sources.Hunshandake sand is existed for thousands of years of natural sand,now increasingly serious environmental problems,has seriously hindered the progress of the local economy and society,and the construction of ecological civilization has gradually become one of the hot topics in the local area.Construction of ecological civilization,not blindly follow the overall situation,in the sparsely populated the deterioration of ecological environment of sand,and shall,on the premise of not increasing environmental damage,economy and ecology with the shoulder parallel,common development.Hunshandake ecological civilization construction is also in Inner Mongolia,and even one of the important part of ecological civilization construction in our countr,how to effectively management of ecological environment and ecological civilization and economic development to become the local important research topic.
