Research On The Design Of Hand-made Ceramic Tea Ware From The Perspective Of Contemporary Tea Culture

Tea culture and ceramic culture are the precipitation of Chinese civilization,with Chinese national characteristics.Since lu Yu(Tang Dynasty)published the Book of Tea,the door of the tea ceremony has been opened to the whole society,so that "tea matters greatly" and the Chinese tea culture with the book of Tea as the core appears in People’s Daily life.As the carrier of tea culture,tea ware has been an independent ceramic variety since tang Dynasty.With the prevailing trend of tea drinking and the evolution of tea drinking methods,diversified ceramic tea ware and ceramic art forms were born.Handmade ceramic tea ware is a common tea ware in People’s Daily life.It plays a very important role in the development of traditional Chinese tea culture.Nowadays,with the progress of people’s material living standard and the pursuit of a better life,tea drinking,as a self-cultivation lifestyle,is gradually favored by the public.Tea drinking apparatus has also become an important medium for people’s social activities and cultural exchanges.As people have higher and higher requirements on tea ware,tea ware should not only be elegant in appearance,comprehensive in function and durable,but also reflect the owner’s individual taste.The production of handmade tea ware pays attention to individuality,handicraft interest and the expression of ceramic culture,so it gradually attracts people’s attention.This subject is based on literature research,field investigation,practical operation,analogy and inductive derivation.From the characteristics of modern tea culture,tea by hand machine,analyses the types of tea,material,processing technology and artistic characteristics,combined with modern tea culture,tea drinking customs and aesthetic design research,this paper discusses the design idea,manufacture craft and aesthetic pursuit,ceramic handmade tea ware put forward on the basis of inheriting traditional tea culture and craftsmanship further ascension,from tea,tea culture and tea drinking way of combining the research perspective of integration design.At the same time of satisfying both practical and aesthetic needs,it promotes people’s pursuit of material and spirit.
