| China’s economy has developed steadily with high quality,and ecological progress has become a national strategy.Considering the environmental issues and limited resources,the number and quality of new energy vehicles and EV batteries in the market has been greatly increased and improved.From the perspective of environmental governance and resource recycling,the rational "mining" of the "city mine" of the used EV batteries will become an important link in the development of new energy automobile industry due to the coming of the tide of the used EV batteries.In recent years,China has gradually attached importance to the recycling of the used EV batteries,and has issued some relevant policies and regulations to explore the establishment of an effective recycling system for the used EV batteries.However,the recycling market of the used EV batteries in China is still in the primary stage,and there are still some deficiencies in the recycling mechanism of waste power batteries,which also leads to difficulties in recycling,low echelon utilization rate and poor execution of recycling responsibilities.Further improvement is still needed.Therefore,this article through on-the-spot investigation interview and the game theory method,the phase using the key consideration of our country in the used EV batteries recycling mechanism,operation mechanism,the network construction of pricing mechanism,coordination mechanism and explore the responsibility sharing mechanism,this part points out the current situation and deficiencies and puts forward corresponding proposals to improve mechanisms.This paper innovatively discusses the recycling mechanism of the used EV batteries,integrates cascade utilization into relevant mechanisms and applies it to the whole recycling mechanism,so as to promote the efficiency of the whole recycling system,so as to protect the environment,save resources and promote the development of circular economy.At the same time,it will also provide theoretical guidance for the development of the used EV batteries recycling system suitable for practical enterprises to implement,and provide decision support for the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations,which has practical significance and reference value.Firstly,starting from the background of this study,this paper points out the current market situation of new energy vehicles and EV batteries and the current overall situation of recycling,and points out the theoretical and practical significance of the construction of the used EV batteries recycling mechanism through the proposal of the problem.At the same time,the research status of the used EV batteries recovery,game theory and echelon utilization were summarized,and the research progress and methodology related to the used EV batteries recycling mechanism were explored.Combined with the theories of reverse logistics,closed-loop supply chain and producer responsibility extension system,the current applications of the used EV batteries recycling and their applications in this study are discussed.Secondly,based on the current status of the recycling of the used EV batteries in China,the composition of the recycling mechanism of the used EV batteries in China is discussed in the light of the development process of power batteries,market and cascade utilization.This paper analyzes from four aspects,responsibility sharing,network construction,pricing coordination and operation level including system and capital recovery.Then it points out the shortcomings of the four levels of the used EV batteries recycling mechanism and the areas that need to be improved,and discusses the necessity of constructing and improving the operation mechanism,network construction mechanism,pricing coordination mechanism and responsibility sharing mechanism of the four levels of the used EV batteries recycling mechanism.Then,the paper puts forward the ideas and methods of improvement one by one from the four subsystems of the used EV batteries recycling mechanism: the responsibility sharing mechanism,the network construction mechanism,the pricing coordination mechanism and the operation mechanism including the system and the fund.First,in terms of operating mechanism,respectively from two aspects of system construction and capital operation are discussed,emphasizing the importance of system construction and the cash flow in the recycling mechanism,and puts forward the developing and management system to strengthen the system,to cut off the informal trade channel,the financial side,appropriate to reduce environmental resources recycling enterprises undertake the cost is the key of the current work,can be appropriately transferred to the consumer;Second,in the aspect of network construction mechanism,the main body of the used EV batteries recycling network construction and the main body of network nodes are discussed,and the improvement measures of "who will build","how to build" and "whether to build well" are given.Third,in terms of pricing coordination mechanism,considering the pilot USES batteries and recycling costs influence on the closed-loop supply chain,based on the game theory to study the government coordination mechanism and without government coordination mechanism of the used EV batteries closed-loop double channel pricing of the supply chain coordination mechanism,this paper are proved under government coordination mechanism,the relevant number of recycling enterprises as well as the overall economic benefits of recycling will have a positive impact;Fourth,through the discussion of the environment and resources cost theory,combined with the prior to the other subsystems mechanism presented in this paper points out the related main body,here put forward our country the used EV batteries recycling mechanism of the principle of responsibility allocation,and refer to the relevant laws and regulations to propose new energy vehicles and the used EV batteries on the closed-loop supply chain parties related main body reasonable burden sharing,which emphasize the consumer as one of the beneficiaries in the process should be part of the mandatory liability.Finally,this paper summarizes the corresponding constructive strategies from the discussion of the responsibility sharing mechanism,the network construction mechanism,the pricing coordination mechanism and the operation mechanism including the system and the fund.These improvement measures are summarized from different levels and angles,and corresponding constructive Suggestions are given,so as to facilitate the orderly development and continuous progress of the used EV batteries recycling mechanism in China. |
