The Research On The Impact Of Green Development On The Upgrade Of Yangtze River Delta Industrial Structure

Since the reform and opening up,China’s extensive economic growth mode,while promoting rapid economic growth,has caused high investment,high energy consumption and high pollution,making ecological environmental protection issues increasingly important.The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China officially proposed green development as one of the five major concepts,which showed that the party and the country provided new solutions to the development strategy of the new era,and also reflected the importance of green development at the national level.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China states: "To establish and improve an economic system with a green and low-carbon circular development,and put forward new goals and new requirements for the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure.Today,green development in the world has become a new development theme,and countries around the world have also begun to work on new Energy,new materials,environmental protection and energy-saving emerging industries.The Yangtze River Delta is an important development area in China,and as a domestic regional economic leader,it has left many environmental and ecological problems after the explosive economic growth,and this area will make it a future The strong and active growth pole of the national economic development has become a model area for the high-quality development of the national economy.It has taken the lead in realizing the modernization of the leading area and the demonstration area of regional integrated development.It has become a new highland for reform and opening up in the new era.The upgrading of the industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta region is particularly important.This article summarizes the relevant theories of green development and industrial structure upgrade firstly,including the related industrial structure upgrade of the Yangtze River Delta and the role of green development and industrial structure upgrade.Based on the analysis and mastering of relevant materials,through the analysis of the evolution of the industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta,typical industrial structure upgrade cases such as the United States,Japan,and South Korea are also introduced,which can be used as an experience to help China’s industrial structure upgrade.This article also analyzes the data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2008 to 2017 through empirical methods and finds that the Yangtze River Delta region is moving from the "two three one one" to the "three two one one" industrial structure.Then use the threshold model and the spatial measurement model to explore the impact of green development concepts on the upgrading of industrial structure from the two dimensions of time and space.The empirical results found that under the condition of economic development as the threshold,the green development concept has a significant relationship with the industrial structure upgrade,that is,when the economic development level is not high,the green development concept has a negative effect on the industrial structure upgrade.The promotion of green development concept has gradually changed from negative to positive for the upgrading of industrial structure.The industrial structure upgrade is significant within the region,and the coefficient is positive,indicating that there is a significant spatial autocorrelation in the industrial structure upgrade,indicating that the industrial structure upgrade in the Yangtze River Delta region is affected by the neighboring regions.Through systematic analysis and research,this paper finds that the role of green development in the Yangtze River Delta in upgrading industrial structure should be based on economic development.The concept of green development cannot spontaneously affect the upgrading of industrial structure.In combination with China’s current high-quality economic development,we must also take into account the concept of green development.Therefore,we need to promote green development and complete industrial structure upgrade through policy measures such as green finance.The basic method of green development is to "take overall consideration into consideration",which requires the overall consideration of the construction contents of the entire field,all-round,and entire process of economic society,social harmony,environmental protection,and regional coordination.This article provides some reference for the development of industrial structure in other places in China.
