| In this paper,four types of probes with simple structure and long-wavelength emssion are designed and synthesized based on4-diethylaminosalicylic aldehyde.The recognition performance and application of these fluorescent probes are summarized as follows:1.A novel fluorescent probe L1 with high selectivity and sensitivity to recognize H2S in DMF/HEPES(4/6,v/v,pH=7.4)solution was synthesized.L1 can detect H2S in actual water samples and red wine samples,and image H2S in living cells.In addition,the L1-doped polylactic acid(PLA)nanofibrous film prepared by electrospinning can be used to detect H2S gas.2.A high-sensitivity H2S fluorescent probe L2 was synthesized.The detection limit of L2 is as low as 3.65×10-7mol/L,and the reaction time of L2detecting H2S is 5 s in DMF/PBS(4/6,v/v,pH=7.4)solution.L2 can be applied to the detection of H2S in actual water and wine samples.In addition,the probe L2 can target mitochondria and image H2S in mitochondria of living cells.3.A bifunctional fluorescent probe L3 was synthesized.Probe L3recognizes H2S with fluorescence“Off-On”responding in DMF/HEPES(4/6,v/v,pH=7.4)solution.The probe can image H2S in living cells.Moreover,L3detects CN-by the naked eyes in DMF/PBS(1/1,v/v,pH=7.4)solution,and the color of L3 changes from purple to colorless.Probe L3 can be used to detect CN-in germinated potatoes.4.A dual-emission fluorescent probe L4 was synthesized.L4 can recognize Hcy/Cys in THF/PBS(2/8,v/v,pH=6-9)solution with fast response,and image Hcy in living cells.In addition,L4 can individually recognize Hcy and distinguish Hcy from Cys in THF/PBS(2/8,v/v,pH 10)with high sensitivity and anti-interference ability. |
