An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure Changes And Green Growth Efficiency In Gansu Province

As people pay more and more attention to ecological and environmental protection,green growth,as a new growth method,emphasizes the pursuit of economic growth while preventing environmental degradation and excessive consumption of natural resources.It is an inevitable choice for the transformation of the economic growth model.As we all know,changes in industrial structure will promote economic growth,however,whether the changes in industrial structure will affect the efficiency of green growth remains to be further studied and analyzed.Based on the definition and theoretical analysis of industrial structure changes and green growth efficiency,this thesis uses Gansu Province data from 2003 to 2018 as the support,measures the industrial structure changes using the Theil index and other methods,and uses the DEA-SBM model for green The growth efficiency is measured,and the Tobit model is used to analyze and test the results of the two calculations.The study found that: First,the changes in industrial structure in Gansu Province are reflected by rationalization and advanced.From 2003 to 2018,the level of industrial structure rationalization decreased slightly,and the level of advanced showed a steady upward trend;second,the overall level of green growth efficiency in Gansu Province It is relatively low,but it has developed rapidly in the past 16 years,and its growth rate is more obvious.Third,the industrial structure changes have a significant positive impact on the green growth efficiency of Gansu Province.Among them,the influence of the advanced industrial structure on the rationalization of the industrial structure is greater.However,green growth efficiency has no significant impact on the changes in industrial structure of Gansu Province.Fourth,the control variables in the model,namely,regional innovation capability,foreign direct investment,and government environmental regulation levels,respectively,have shown positive,positive effects on green growth efficiency in Gansu Province.Negative and positive effects.Based on the research results,in order to promote the improvement of green growth efficiency and achieve sustainable development in Gansu Province,this paper proposes: first,to accelerate the construction of green growth efficiency evaluation system;second,to pay attention to the positive role of industrial structure changes in improving green growth efficiency;third,to formulate Emphasis on green industrial policies;Fourth,we must improve the construction of relevant legal systems that promote innovation,strengthen the regulatory supervision of the introduction of foreign direct investment,and strengthen the supervision and management of environmental protection.
