| Development is the theme of the times that mankind pursues forever.But it is undeniable that human beings have paid too much pain while pursuing various developments.Until now,various problems such as energy shortage,environmental pollution,and ecological imbalances have emerged,which have seriously threatened the normal sustainable survival and development of human beings.The urgent task is how to find a reasonable and effective development path in the process of social development,to achieve a harmonious symbiosis between human and nature,and the "low-cost development concept" came into being.Based on Marxist philosophy and the principle of unity of history and logic,this paper conducts an in-depth and systematic study of the low-cost development concept from the perspective of development philosophy.First of all,the paper analyzes the historical basis of the low-cost development view by sorting out the real and theoretical sources of the low-cost development view,and analyzes the dilemma of the high-cost development view and the dual sources of reality and theory that are difficult to achieve.Secondly,it clarifies the theoretical connotation and essential characteristics of the low-cost development,and re-interprets the basic viewpoints and theoretical supporting points of the low-cost development concept in the historical process.On this basis,it has been demonstrated that due to the limited resources,the reality of environmental damage,and other crises facing human survival,the previous high-cost development path was not desirable,and humans must shift to a low-cost development path.Finally,the concept and mode of realization of the low-cost development view are put forward,and the low-cost development view is explained to have important theoretical value and practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization.Facing the dilemma of sustainable human survival and development,adhering to the idea of a low-cost development concept in the new era meets the inherent requirements of ecological civilization construction and meets the evaluation criteria of ecological civilization construction.It is also an inevitable choice to realize ecological civilization construction.This has important implications for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the construction of a beautiful China. |
