| The ecological and environmental problems have gradually received widespread attention in recent years,and dye wastewater generated in the fields of factory industry and the like is also an important aspect that has attracted much attention.Due to the complex dye composition in the wastewater of the printing and dyeing industry,some of the existing adsorption materials are mostly difficult to operate and expensive.Therefore,it is an important and urgent problem to prepare a composite resin with excellent adsorption effect for treating wastewater.The composite resin prepared herein is a novel polymeric adsorbent material,which has the advantages of containing a large amount of adsorption sites inside,and is convenient for recycling and reuse.The unique lamellar structure of graphite oxide makes graphite oxide have obvious effects in improving the properties of adsorbent materials.Chitosan has good water solubility,safety and excellent adsorption to dyes and metal ions,and is widely used in sewage treatment and other related fields.As a polymerization monomer for industrial wastewater treatment,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid has the advantage of being used in a small amount,and its application effect is superior to other polyacrylamide water treatment materials.The main raw materials used in this paper are acrylic acid(AA),chitosan(CTS),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),graphite oxide(GO),and cross-linking agent N,N-sub.The base bisacrylamide(MBA),the initiator was potassium persulfate(KPS),and the composite resin CTS-g-(AA-co-AMPS)/GO was prepared by the modified Hummers method.The characterization methods were infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).To analyze the structure and characteristics of the composite resin.In this paper,five kinds of anionic and cationic dyes were selected,and the prepared composite resin was used to adsorb the dye solution.The adsorption properties of the adsorbent were tested by changing the content of graphite oxide,the amount of composite resin and the initial concentration of dye,and the adsorption performance of the composite resin was studied.Through the calculation and analysis,the laws of adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics are obtained. |
