| With the spread of the global energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,semiconductor photocatalysis technology has received more extensive attention.Based on the idea of artificial photosynthesis design,twosemiconductor materials that meet the needs of type Ⅱ heterojunction in the energy band structure are selected as optical system Ⅰ(PS Ⅰ)and optical system Ⅱ(PS Ⅱ),and an electronic mediator is introduced intothe system.The Z-scheme photocatalytic system not only creates a spatial separation path for electrons and holes toimprove the separation efficiency of photo-generated charges,but alsotakes intoaccount the thermodynamic requirements of photocatalytic reactions,and can be coupled with narrow-band semiconductor materials.Broad spectrum absorption of sunlight.In this paper,MoS2is selected as the reduction photocatalyst,RGO as the electronic mediator and Fe2O3as oxidation photocatalyst agent toconstruct a MoS2/RGO/Fe2O3ternary composite material and study its photocatalytic performance.The specific content is as follows:(1)This paper adopts the hydrothermal method toprepare the MoS2/RGO binary composite material by adjusting the component parameters,and on the basis of the MoS2/RGO binary composite material with the best photocatalytic performance,according tothe isoelectric point data of each component The difference is that the electrostatic adsorption method is used toconstruct a MoS2/RGO/Fe2O3ternary composite photocatalyst material in an acidic aqueous solution(pH=1).(2)Adjust the mass ratiotoobtain different components of MoS2/RGO and MoS2/RGO/Fe2O3composite materials,and pass XRD,Raman,SEM,TEM,XPS,PL and other tests tosystematically characterize the phase structure of the composite materials,The microscopic morphology,surface chemical composition and photoluminescence properties have revealed the influence of heterostructure on the lifetime of photogenerated carriers and the separation and migration path of photogenerated charges.(3)The organic dye indicator methylene blue(MB)and inorganic heavy metal Cr(Ⅵ)were used as degradation indicators totest the photocatalytic degradation performance of the prepared composite materials MoS2/RGO and MoS2/RGO/Fe2O3.The mass ratioparameter of the ternary composite material with good photocatalytic performance is MoS2:RGO:Fe2O3=20:3:6. |
