Research On The Reform Performance Of Jingdezhen State-Owned Ceramic Enterprises

Jingdezhen is built on porcelain.As the pillar industry of Jingdezhen,the ceramic industry has promoted the economic development of Jingdezhen region in more than one thousand years of history.After 1978,with the deepening of the reform of market economy,the state-owned ceramic enterprises in Jingdezhen,led by the "Ten Porcelain Factory",suffered from the severe impact of marketization and suffered losses for years.Since 1984,Jingdezhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government established Jingdezhen Economic System Reform Committee to carry out a series of reforms on prominent issues such as property right system,employee identity and capital structure of state-owned ceramic enterprises in the city,which reversed the situation of continuous losses of state-owned ceramic enterprises.However,while Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises are struggling to promote the reform,other domestic ceramic producing areas such as Foshan,Dehua and other places have realized overtaking,leading Jingdezhen in ceramic output value.Of jingdezhen ceramic enterprise overall reform process,reform method and the performance of the concrete enterprise reform in a comprehensive analysis,summarizes historical experience,put forward Suggestions,help restore ceramic enterprise vitality,deepen the reform of the ceramic enterprises,and promote the ceramic industry,enhance the competitiveness of product of pottery and porcelain,the jingdezhen ceramics industry to achieve sound and rapid development.The first chapter of this paper introduces the research background and research significance,summarizes the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars and gives a review,and then expounds the research methods,research content and innovation.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theories,including the concept of state-owned ceramic enterprises,the classification of ceramic enterprises,the theory of property rights and the reform theory of state-owned enterprises.The third chapter introduces a series of reform process of Jingdezhen ceramic enterprises in order to adapt to the economic development after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,specifically introduces the key points and changes of reform.The fourth chapter constructs Jingdezhen state-owned ceramic enterprise reform performance evaluation index system and weight.The fifth chapter takes Jingdezhen Ceramic Group Co.,Ltd as an example to analyze the effect of reform,introduce the specific situation of reform and evaluate the effect of reform by using the enterprise performance evaluation model.The sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions on deepening the reform of Jingdezhen state-owned ceramic enterprises.The last chapter is a summary and outlook.The innovation of this paper lies in the following two points: First,the innovation of research perspective.In this paper,the state-owned ceramic enterprises in Jingdezhen are taken as the research subject.On the basis of summarizing the reform process of the city’s ceramic enterprises,the methods and effects of the reform of specific state-owned ceramic enterprises are studied to analyze the problems,put forward countermeasures and provide suggestions for the deepening reform of the ceramic enterprises in Jingdezhen under the new environment.Second,the innovation of research results.The first part of this paper summarizes the reform theory,and the second part analyzes the effect of the reform with the method of case study,constructs the reform performance evaluation system of Jingdezhen state-owned ceramic enterprises,and applies it in practice.
