With the continuous development of the civil aviation industry,the airport traffic is increasing day by day,and the airport’s carrying capacity tends to be saturated.In order to meet the ever-increasing traffic demand and improve the operational capacity of airports,it is often achieved through measures such as expanding the scale of airport operations,increasing the number of flights and reducing the interval between aircraft operations.However,under highdensity conditions,airport facilities and control methods(mainly visual observation by controllers)have been unable to meet the operational requirements of large-scale airport scenes.In recent years,there has been an increasing trend of airport scene conflict incidents.As the main surveillance technology in the future,broadcast automatic dependent surveillance(ADSB)has the advantages of fast data update rate,richer information,high target location accuracy,low maintenance costs,and long service life.Based on ADS-B’s SURF IA(airport The scene indication and warning)application can effectively facilitate the surveillance target information it provides to detect conflicts in the scene.Firstly,it analyzes the operating environment,including the structure composition,operation mode and process rules of the airport scene.On this basis,taking Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport as an example,the airport road network topology model is constructed and the areas where conflicts occur frequently in the airport scene are identified.Then,according to the constructed Shuangliu International airport road network topology map and the analysis of the location information collection of the airport scene conflict-prone area,the scene moving target is selected,and the component to which it belongs is determined according to the target location,and then combined with the airport scene operation process and the ADS The target information obtained by-B is analyzed for conflict detection from the three aspects of runway,taxiway and apron,and a model for it is constructed.Then use the ADS-B aircraft/work vehicle position reference point coordinates in the scene surveillance and the transformation from the WGS-84 coordinate system to the plane rectangular coordinate system and the SURF IA indication and warning logic to construct the SURF IA conflict warning model.Finally,select different combinations of moving targets,combined with real cases to simulate and analyze the conflicts between aircraft,working vehicles and personnel,and verify that SURF IA’s conflict detection of moving targets is within the expected time and the current state.The alarm performance is optimized,and the optimization of the parking space allocation scheme based on the SURF IA safety interval is given.
