Cassava is the main raw material to produce edible alcohol by fermentation in China.The alcohol waste produced in the production process contains a large amount of sugar,protein,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and other mineral nutrients,while the liquor grains also contain a large amount of unused cellulose,residual sugar,yeast metabolites and various inorganic salts.The use of the above high concentration of organic material can provide the nutrients required for the growth of microorganisms and has the potential to produce bioorganic fertilizers,which is expected to provide new ideas and ways.In this paper,the sludge from alcohol waste treatment is mixed with liquor lees and fermented with a compound bacterial agent to produce bioorganic fertilizer.In order to investigate the optimal growth conditions of the composite bacterial agent,the fermentation conditions were first optimized using a single-factor approach in four areas:mix concentration,incubation temperature,p H and inoculum volume.On this basis,a multi-factor analysis of the three key factors affecting the fermentation conditions(mix concentration,initial p H and temperature)was carried out using response surface experimental analysis to obtain the optimum process conditions.The organic fertilizer applied to cabbage cultivation,fertilization trials were carried out,providing a theoretical basis for the resourceful use of alcohol waste liquor,and lees and the large-scale fermentation of organic fertilizer production.The main research and design elements are as follows:1.The sludge was mixed with white wine lees at a mass ratio of 1:1,and a 2%inoculum of the seed solution of the compound bacterial agent was added.Under the optimal conditions of 65%dilution,p H 7.53 and incubation temperature 36.2°C,the highest bacterial count of the compound bacterial agent obtained was 13.8×10~8CFU/g,which fully met the requirements for the number of live bacteria in the bio-organic fertilizer,indicating that the fermentation of activated sludge and white wine lees to produce This shows that the production of bio-organic fertilizer by fermentation of activated sludge and white wine lees is practical and feasible.2.The fertilizer proved to have a significant effect on promoting crop growth and improving quality.Compared with the blank control,the average plant height increased by 0.8cm,the average plant weight increased by 8.1g and the average yield increased by 150.43kg per mu,with a yield increase of 9.15%.3.Based on the annual production scale of 60,000 tons of cassava edible alcohol,the initial design of alcohol waste treatment process and organic fertilizer production process,and the design of bioorganic fertilizer fermentation tower.The fermentation tower has a 7-layer structure;each layer of structural parameters is 12m in diameter,2m in height.The residence time of each layer is 24 hours,and the total fermentation time is 7 days.Other major equipments and facilities involved and parameters are as follows:one conditioning tank,length is 25m,width is 22m and depth is 4m.Four UASB reactors,depth is 6m,length is 10m and width is10m,and the reaction temperature is 55°C.Four biological contact oxidation tanks,depth is 8.8m,radius is 5m.One regulating tank,length is 8m,width is 5m,depth is 2m.Three drawings are designed,the first is a sketch of the process flow,the second is a sketch of the equipment layout of the integrated treatment area and the third is a sketch of the fermentation tower equipment.
