Research On The Development Strategy Of Z Company

Chemical industry is one of the basic industries of a country,which reflects the industrialization process of a country,and also becomes an important cornerstone of China’s sustained and stable economic growth.Northeast China is the first region to develop chemical industry in China.It has a good environment and a long history for the development of chemical industry.Its industrial system is relatively perfect.It is an important chemical industry base in the new era,especially Jilin City,Jilin Province,known as the cradle of the chemical industry.During the First Five-Year Plan period,Jilin Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.was established in Jilin City.After its establishment,the company has strong technical ability,efficient management methods,and produces high-performance and high-quality chemical products.At the same time,it has accumulated rich practical experience for the development of China’s chemical industry and cultivated a large number of chemical talents.However,with the restriction of the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the dominant position of chemical industry in the development of national economy is also changing.At the same time,China has paid more and more attention to environmental protection and the concept of national green development in recent years,and has issued more stringent environmental protection policies,resulting in the rising operating costs of chemical enterprises,and many chemical enterprises have fallen into the dilemma of operating difficulties.Based on the theory of enterprise strategic development,this paper takes Z Company as the research object,combs the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the development status and problems of Z Company in Jilin City.The main problems of Z Company are the upstream enterprises,the bottleneck of raw material storage technology,the high cost of internal organization and the excessive proportion of non-performing assets.By analyzing the external environment,competitive environment and internal environment of Z company at the present stage,this paper makes SWOT analysis,and formulates relevant development strategies for Z Company in Jilin City,including the guiding ideology and principles of development strategy formulation,development vision and objectives,as well as the selection and implementation of the company’s strategy.It also puts forward the relevant implementation safeguard measures to provide reasonable suggestions for the future development of Z Company in Jilin City.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it can expand the application scope of enterprise strategic theory in the chemical industry,on the other hand,it can also take the enterprise strategic theory as the supporting theory and transformation direction in the transformation of Z Company in Jilin City,providing guidance and suggestions for the overall planning and long-term development of the company,and also providing reference for the long-term development of chemical enterprises,which has significant practical significance.
