S Gold Group is a large provincial gold enterprise led by the Shaanxi Provincial Government.The purpose is to give full play to the resource advantages of the province's gold minerals,to improve the concentration of Shaanxi gold industry,and to revitalize the province's gold industry.To promote the healthy development of Shaanxi gold industry.Gold Group has a collection of geological exploration,ore mining,mineral processing smelting,refining,production and integration,channel marketing and material research and development as one of the entire industrial chain layout.But in recent years,the development of the world's major economies has shown a significant downward trend,the overall mining situation is depressed,gold prices fluctuate sharply.With the acceleration of marketization,the competition of gold industry in China is becoming more and more fierce.In addition,domestic environmental protection policies have been introduced,the scope of environmental protection in Qinling Mountain area has gradually expanded and exploration areas have been greatly reduced,resulting in the loss of some mining rights.In such a complex and changeable market economy environment,how to formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy to guide enterprises out of their own way in the complex environment is a problem to be studied and solved.Based on the first-hand information obtained from the previous visit questionnaire,this paper analyzes the macro and internal environment of the company through the study of the related theories of enterprise strategic management.By means of PEST analysis,Porter's five-force model and the general situation of gold industry at home and abroad,this paper makes a detailed study in macro analysis.In the analysis of internal environment,the industrial chain,resource reserves,financial data and production capacity of enterprises are studied and explored respectively.Through the above analysis,clear the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of enterprises,use the IFE and EFE matrix for quantitative analysis of important factors,then input them into the SWOT model to match the results through different schemes,and then use the QSPM matrix to output the optimal solution through quantitative analysis.The development strategy is based on market penetration strategy and related diversification strategy,that is,to use the financial attributes of gold to realize the financial advantage feedback entity and establish the platform of combining production and finance,At the same time vigorously promote the development of new precious metal materials to achieve large-scale,diversified operations.In view of this strategy,five specific implementation plans are put forward.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth and smooth operation of the strategy,this paper puts forward eight safeguard measures,which are resource first,quality and efficiency,lean management,kinetic energy conversion,deepening reform,international layout and risk control,which provide a reference direction for the sustainable development of S Gold Group.
