Study On Governance Efficiency Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of DJ Environmental Protection Company

With the continuous development of economic globalization and the continuous progress of technology,the acceleration of capital accumulation makes the scale of the company gradually expand and the number of shareholders of the company increase,which leads to the more complex internal power structure of the company and the gradual separation of ownership and management of the company,making corporate governance increasingly become the core of the establishment of modern enterprise system.Good corporate governance is conducive to improving business performance and,as well as to increasing the return on investment of investors,which is of great significance to economic and financial stability and development.As one of the leading enterprises in environmental protection engineering and service industry,it is necessary and realistic to study the governance efficiency level of DJ Environmental Protection Company in the whole industry.This paper takes DJ Environmental protection Company as the research object,and studies the evaluation of its governance efficiency and the countermeasures to improve it.Firstly,the concepts of corporate governance and corporate governance efficiency are defined,and the separation of two rights theory,principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory and the method of factor analysis are expounded,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,it analyzes the company’s basic status,shareholder governance status,board of directors governance status,board of supervisors governance status and executive governance status.Again,according to the company and industry characteristics build governance efficiency evaluation index and evaluation model,using the SPSS26.0 software to DJ Environmental governance efficiency factor analysis,calculates the governance efficiency related factor score and ranking.Combined with the vertical and horizontal evaluation results,the governance efficiency of the company is at the medium level in the industry,and there is a large room for improvement in the governance of the board of directors,senior executives and the board of supervisors.Finally,according to the research results,countermeasures for improving governance efficiency of DJ Environmental Protection Company are proposed,including improving the governance system of the company’s board of directors,establishing a scientific incentive mechanism and evaluation system for senior executives,optimizing the governance system of the company’s board of supervisors,and maintaining the comparative advantage of governance of the company’s shareholders.
