| Combining with the requirements for temporary surface protection of precisio n mechanical parts during transportation, this article focuses on the preparation process of solvent-based peelable coatings and water-based peelable coatings for temporary protection,as well as the peelability and corrosion resistance in various environm ents.First, the hydrogenated styrene and butadiene block copolymer(SEBS)was used as the film-forming material to study the preparation of solvent-based peelable coatings.Through a series of microstructure characterization tests on SEBS resin,WH-136 resin and UV absorber UV-329 were screened out. After studying the effect of a single type of pigments and fillers on the tensile strength and peeling strength of SEBS resin, the response surface method and orthogonal experiment method were used to optimize the formulation of solvent-based peelable coatings, and the final solvent-based peelable coating formulations were obtained.: SEBS resin is 29.37 g,zinc phosphate is 4g,talc is8.1 g,aluminum tripolyphosphate is 18.2 g,UV-329 is 0.15 g,xylene is 166.43 g,and the coating is prepared by grinding according to the formula.Next, the preparation of water-based peelable coatings was studied. The performance of experimentally synthesized water-based polyurethane and commercial water-based polyurethane were compared. Finally, the commercial water-based polyurethane emulsion was used as a film-forming substance, and additives were added according to the most applicable amount. The formulation of the water-based peelable paint is as follows: 100 g for emulsion,7 g for diethylene glycol butyl ether,2 g for thickener 202,2 g for defoamer DF68,0.3 g for leveling agent F-12 W,and 2 g for dispersant 680 U,anti-flash rust agent FR-5100 is 0.3 g,substrate wetting agent W-77 is0.5 g,UV absorber B75 is 0.5 g,talc is 3g,aluminum tripolyphosphate is 5 g,and the coating is prepared by grinding according to the formula. Finally, the performance of the two peelable coatings was studied.According to the use requirements of peelable coatings, four simulated environme nts of salt spray, ultraviolet, damp heat and high temperature were designed. The environmental resistance of solvent-based peelable coatings was studied. The study found that the peelable performance of solvent-based peelable coatings in salt spray, damp heat and high temperature environment are basically unaffected, the coating can still be completely peeled from the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate after 768 h.The tensile strength will be significantly reduced in the ultraviolet environment, and the coating cannot be completely peeled from the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate after 480 h.Salt spray resistance test and water resistance test were carried out on the water-based peelable coating. The results show that the water-based peelable coating has good peeling performance after salt spray and water resistance test, but the salt spray and water resistance time is 24 h,and further improvement is needed. |
