Respect to Japan,the United States and some European countries,Our research on strippable coatings started late.In recent years,our country has made very fruitful in the strippable fild,along with the tireless efforts of the domestic relevant scientists and the stable and rapid developmemt of the economic of our country.But compared with some developed countries,the paint products of our country still has many shortcomings,some have special functional coatings product needs to be developed.At present,the paint market of our country presents the low-standard coating product excess,relative shortage of high-grade coating product diverse state.For the healthy development of coating industry of our country,to research and development of high-performance pleelable coating is the research direction of domestic scientists.In this paper,based on the special features of peelable coating as a starting point,a kind of peelable varnish,which had good toughness,high strength and good resistance to liquid medium,was prepared.Based on the peelable varnish,a type of Milling Protection Coating and Strippable Insulation Coating sides were prepared.To confirm the formulation of the Peelable Varnish,5 factors 10 levels of uniformity test and 5 factors 4 levels orthogonal experiment were designed aiming at the five major components of the Peelable Varnish.The comprehensive performances of the Peelable Varnish were tested.The results showed that the varnish formulations was Vinyl chloride resin14 g,phenol resin 11 g,dibutyl phthalate 3.5g,metal binder 2.0g,inhibitors0.8g,other functional additives 1.0g and mixed solvent of 50 g.The film which was made by the Peelable Varnish had moderate binding force with the substrate.The film has good toughness,high strength and good resistance to liquid medium.Packing talcum powder,organic benite and silica were chosen for the single factor experiment and theorthogonal test.The regular performance of comprehensive properties of coating were tested.The best formula was as follows: homemade binder300 parts,talc 10.5 parts,bentonite 10.5 parts,white carbon black 9.0 parts and mixed solvent 100 parts.The coating under the best formula can be used for chemical milling of titanium alloy processing,which has similar overall performance with the American milling protection coating AC-850.Hollow glass microspheres,hollow ceramic beads,rutile titanium dioxide,zirconium oxide and sericite were chosen for the single factor experiment.And the regular performances of comprehensive properties of coating were tested.The best formula is as follows: homemade making 100 parts,hollow glass microspheres 30 parts,hollow ceramic beads 10 parts,titanium dioxide 30 parts,zirconium oxide 15 parts,sericite powder 15 parts and a mixed solvent 50 parts.The characteristics of coatings was as follows: the moderate binding force between the coating and the film substrate,shredded peelable,tight dense surface of coating,a number of porous inside and the good insulation properties and resistance to liquid media performance.This film can be used for heat treatment which the temperature range of between zero to two hundred.The chemical reaction can not occur on the film and the weightlessness rate was only5.89% in the range of the temperature.
