| Heterocyclic ketene amines are a class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds,which are widely distributed in pharmaceutical products,natural products,synthetic molecules,agrochemicals,organic materials and ligands.The polycyclic ring containing pyrrolidone is a natural product with a wide range of biological activity and pharmacological significance.In view of the important medicinal properties of pyrrolidone,synthetic organic chemists and medicinal chemists have shown great interest in developing effective methods for the synthesis of such heterocycles.The traditional construction methods of molten polycyclic systems containing pyrrolidone,such as the use of sulfonic anhydride and diamine,or their precursors,but they have inherent limitations,such as requiring high temperatures or multiple steps.In recent years,it has been reported that some heterocyclic ketone amino groups(HKAs)have been used as synthesizers to realize the tandem synthesis of polycyclic pyrrolidone derivatives.We developed a simple and effective tandem cyclization of heterocyclic ketone amino groups mixed with diazo esters under mild conditions through the previously reported method of synthesizing epoxy pyrrolidine by tandem cycloaddition.In the first chapter,we mainly made a brief overview of the research progress of heterocyclic ketene amine compounds.In Chapter 2,we mainly explain the reaction of heterocycloketene and diazo ester to produce pyrrolidone.All compounds are characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance,mass spectrometry and other means.Among them,3k was cultured and characterized by X-Ray. |
