Research On Coordinated Development Of Automobile Industry And Ecological Environment In Chongqing Based On Coupling Model

Under the background that low-carbon environmental protection has increasingly become the consensus of the whole society,Chongqing,as an inland city,still relies on the manufacturing industry represented by automobile manufacturing in terms of economic development.However,due to overcapacity of traditional automobile industry products,weak innovation ability,insufficient R & D investment,lack of high-end talents,small number of leading enterprises and technology-based enterprises,low resource and energy prices and logistics in Chongqing Due to the relatively high cost,the development speed of Chongqing automobile industry has slowed down slightly in recent two years and is in a difficult period.At the same time,the development of automobile industry inevitably has a certain negative impact on the ecological environment.The generation and emission of pollutants from Chongqing automobile industry account for a relatively high proportion in the generation and emission of pollutants from key industries in Chongqing,which brings greater pressure and challenges to the prevention and control of ecological environment in Chongqing.Based on the sustainable development theory and collaborative development theory,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the coordinated development of automobile industry and ecological environment,and deeply explores the internal relationship between automobile industry and ecological environment.Based on the coupling model of entropy weight method,through the construction of Chongqing Automobile Industry and ecological environment evaluation index system,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the coordination of Chongqing Automobile Industry and ecological environment from 2000 to2019,and explores the factors influencing its coordinated development.The research shows that there is a coupling relationship between the automobile industry and the ecological environment in Chongqing.The coordination relationship between the two has gone through the process of mild imbalance,near imbalance,barely coordination,primary coordination,intermediate coordination,good coordination,and then back to the intermediate coordination and primary coordination.The deterioration of the coordination relationship between the automobile industry and the ecological environment in Chongqing is also the result of the decline of the efficiency of the automobile industry and the pressure of environmental protection It is the result of joint action.From the empirical analysis of the factors that affect the coupling coordination degree of Chongqing Automobile Industry and ecological environment,we can see that,according to the influence degree,the order is the efficiency of the automobile industry,the energy consumption per unit GDP,the operation ability of the automobile industry,the scale of the automobile industry,the COD emission quality per unit GDP,and the degree of independent research and development.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of automobile industry and ecological environment in Chongqing from the aspects of technology R & D investment,financing channel,talent policy,tax,ecological compensation mechanism and legal system of automobile industry.
