With the promulgation of the International Maritime Organization’s emission reduction about fishing boats,the energy-saving,economical,and green properties of fishing boats have become important indicators for measuring the performance of ships.The emission of gas from fishing boats to the surrounding environment has increasingly become a problem for ecological and environmental protection.The instability of fishing boat navigation,the narrowness of deck space and the particularity of fishing vessel structure all pose great challenges to flue gas desulfurization.This article introduces the purpose and significance,history and development of flue gas desulfurization from fishing boats,and lists common methods,processes and principles of flue gas desulfurization.The desulfurization technology and its development are summarized.The existing desulfurization technology is compared,and the HSC Chemistry software is introduced to study flue gas desulfurization with seawater.Through the simulation of the flue gas desulfurization with seawater,the migration law of sulfur elements was found,and the effects of different alkalinity seawater,different gas-liquid ratios,V2O5as a catalyst,and O2 atmosphere on the flue gas desulfurization with seawater.Finally,the effects of different types of alkaline substances in the treatment of flue gas desulfurization with seawater are studied,and the influence of alkali usage,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and other factors on the recovery of seawaterIn this study,simulation using HSC Chemistry thermodynamic software showed that the change of seawater alkalinity has almost no effect on the desulfurization efficiency,but it will affect the specific migration direction of sulfur in the tail gas.The migration of SO2in different directions will further affect the desulfurization.The efficiency of waste liquid treatment.Under the condition of highly alkaline seawater,sulfur element is more easily converted to SO32-,which is more conducive to the acid-base neutralization of the waste liquid after desulfurization;the ratio of tail gas to seawater affects the efficiency of desulfurization treatment.When the amount of SO2 and seawater substances is controlled within Within 1:1,seawater desulfurization will maintain a high efficiency.When the CO32-and HCO3-in the seawater are consumed,the seawater cannot be desulfurized;the influence of temperature on seawater desulfurization is mainly concentrated on the migration direction of sulfur elements.In order to better facilitate the treatment of desulfurization tail liquid,the temperature of the tail gas should be controlled within 600degrees Celsius.Therefore,when the fishing vessel has a heavy load,it should be considered to increase the amount of seawater used and reduce the temperature of the tail gas of the fishing vessel;the pressure has little effect on the desulfurization of seawater,and the increase in pressure has no significant effect on the improvement of the desulfurization efficiency.Therefore,the tail gas of the seawater desulfurization fishing vessel It can default to a standard atmospheric pressure;when V2O5is a catalyst and O2desulfurization atmosphere,when seawater desulfurization is implemented,SO2will more easily migrate in the SO42-direction,which will help the subsequent desulfurization waste liquid to meet the standard treatment.In particular,when seawater:O2:When the ratio of SO2 reaches 1:10:1,the theoretical value of seawater desulfurization reaches 100%;in the tail liquid treatment stage,it is easier to treat the desulfurization waste liquid by adding strong alkali under the condition of oxygen atmosphere,such as Na OH/KOH.When seawater:O2:SO2:Na OH/KOH is 1:10:1:100,the desulfurization waste liquid returns to the level before desulfurization.The HSC Chemistry thermodynamic software is used to better meet the research expectations of seawater desulfurization fishing boat tail gas,accurately simulate the migration of sulfur elements in the process of seawater desulfurization fishing boat tail gas,and observe the effect of reaction temperature,pressure,substance amount and other factors in the desulfurization process.The influence of seawater desulfurization fishing boat tail gas,to investigate the influence of the oxygen atmosphere on the seawater desulfurization fishing boat tail gas environment.The simulation found that seawater desulfurization fishing boat tail gas is a desulfurization technology that meets the current trend of economical and green fishing boats.The theoretical desulfurization rate in an oxygen atmosphere reaches 100%,which meets the current national requirements for the sulfur limit of fishing boat tail gas.
