Research On The Path Of Government Environmental Audit To Promote The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the state has attached great importance to the environmental and ecological problems in the process of economic development,and the construction of ecological civilization has become a national strategy.It is urgent for China to control environmental pollution and build ecological civilization.The establishment of the goal of ecological civilization undoubtedly calls for the realization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature and between man and society.The construction of ecological civilization is a great opportunity and challenge for human society to get rid of or overcome the current ecological and environmental crisis.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,China’s environmental audit started relatively late,and there are still many problems in the fields of theory and practice.In order to build ecological civilization,we must establish a complete system of ecological civilization and carry out "green,circulation and low carbon".As the immune system running through the system,environmental audit is of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the problems and causes of government environmental audit in promoting the construction of ecological civilization,this paper sorts out in detail the relevant literature about environmental audit and the construction of ecological civilization at home and abroad,this paper expounds the meaning and elements of government environmental audit and the meaning of ecological civilization,and takes sustainable development theory,ecological ethics theory,environmental resource value theory and Audit Immune system theory as the research support.Based on the theory of ecological ethics and the theory of Audit Immune System,this paper makes clear the mechanism of government environmental audit promoting the construction of ecological civilization by using the methods of literature research and normative research,and applies the methods of case analysis and transdisciplinarity,taking the prevention and control of water pollution in d province as an example,this paper briefly introduces the background,guiding ideology and objectives of the project,analyzes the process of environmental audit,points out the problems existing in this environmental audit,analyzes the causes of the problems,and advances some suggestions for the improvement of d province,the effect of environmental audit on promoting ecological civilization construction in d province is also clarified.Finally,from the laws and regulations,audit team,audit procedures and evaluation system four aspects of the government’s environmental audit to promote the construction of ecological civilization.
