Since the reform and opening up,China’s railway business has undergone radical changes,in the mileage and driving speed has broken the world record,but also to the development of the national economy,for the country’s poverty alleviation cause played a role that can not be ignored.China is a country with complex terrain,about two-thirds of the country is mountainous,so railway tunnels have become an integral part of the development of our railway industry.However,with the flourishing of the railway industry,railway projects have also caused non-negligible problems to the ecological atmosphere,particularly the impact of railway tunnel construction voidance on its close ecological atmosphere.With the increasing prominence of environmental issues within the world,resource shortage global warming and various energy shortages are gradually being taken more and more seriously by countries around the world.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth promotion of China’s "14th Five-Year Plan" and the greener,healthier and more sustainable development of China’s railway industry,the following research has been conducted in this paper.First of all,based on the literature on the analysis of the impact of construction comes on the ecological atmosphere in China,this paper analyses the link between the drain of railway tunnels and also the ecological atmosphere,and identifies the various factors that may affect the ecological environment and their causes in the process.By using the PSR model,the criterion layer of the evaluation index system was established from three aspects: pressure,state and response.6 primary indicators were selected from these three perspectives,which were subdivided into 17 tertiary evaluation indicators,thus constituting the evaluation index system of railway tunnel construction drainage.Secondly,the C-OWA operator was used to assign weights to the three-level indicators in the index system,weakening the influence of subjective factors of experts and making the assignments more scientific,objective and reasonable.At the same time,considering that effects of railway tunnel construction drainage has on the ecological environment will involve many aspects of the ecological environment,and needs to meet a variety of different objectives,some indicators are difficult to quantitatively describe and not available to make its evaluation has a certain degree of fuzziness.Therefore,an analysis model supported the obscure set is built during this paper to work out the ultimate analysis level of the ecological impact of railway tunnel construction associated voidance.Finally,the two water tunnels in the fifth section of the Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway were selected for demonstration,and the final evaluation value of the two water tunnels was calculated to be 0.5879.The results ar per the particular state of affairs of the development project,indicating the practicability and relevance of the analysis model developed during this paper,which may be combined with the particular project,providing a certain reference value for the study of railway tunnel construction drainage. |
