A environmental technology company was established in 2012 as a new third board listed company.Mainly engaged in:three-dimensional greening,roof greening,river landscape,river restoration and other ecological construction.At present,a environmental technology company in the development stage,in the face of fierce market competition,the company according to the national policy conveniently,at the same time,combined with its advantages,and strive to make the company strong.To ensure the smooth implementation of the company's development strategy is the key to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of senior management and management team.However,the incentive and restraint mechanism of the operators of a environmental technology company is not perfect,the equity or option incentive problem of senior managers is prominent,the management team in addition to the normal salary no other forms of salary and incentive,so there is a lack of enthusiasm,lack of initiative,prevarication common,workflow lag phenomenon,seriously restricts the development of the company.On the basis of collecting and sorting out a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper selects the appropriate literature to think deeply,and draws on the successful experience of operator incentive and constraint,systematically studies the operator incentive and constraint mechanism of a environmental technology company.First of all,according to the theory and literature,learn from the incentive and constraint model of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,analyze the status quo of incentive and constraint of operators of environmental technology company a,reveal the existing problems.Secondly,through the establishment of incentive design principles,equity incentive and compensation incentive model,design a environmental technology company senior managers equity incentive model and management team incentive model.Then,using EVA performance evaluation method,provide a environmental technology company senior managers and management team assessment methods and assessment steps,establish the senior managers equity incentive constraint mechanism and management team compensation incentive constraint mechanism.The research features and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)by referring to the incentive and constraint model of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive and constraint of the operators of environmental technology company a,and designs the incentive principle of the operators;(2)through the establishment of the operator equity incentive,salary incentive mode,to stimulate the a environmental technology company senior managers and management team;(3)using EVA performance evaluation method,the a environmental technology company senior management and management team to assess and constraints.The research in this paper will not only provide a environmental technology company with operator incentive model and constraint mechanism,but also provide theoretical support and analysis methods for other small and medium-sized enterprises.
