Oil-water separation has always been an important subject of basic and industrial research. In recent years, due to the discharge of industrial oily wastewater and the occurrence of oil spill accidents, innovation and development of oil-water mixture and oil-water emulsion separation technologies have gradually received widespread attention. To find a proper method to solve the problem of oil and water pollution, purification and recovery oil substances, can save energy and protect the environment. In this paper,a series of prepolymers DT was synthesized by dodecylamine and trimethylolpropane triacrylate through aza-Michael reaction, and then monodisperse polyester fluorescent microspheres PEs were prepared by precipitation polymerization in ethanol use DT as a monomer,2,2-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile)as the initiator. The results show that the monodisperse PEs microspheres can be prepared by reacting for 8 h at a temperature of 55℃,the monomer input is 3%,and the initiator content is 2.5% of the monomer. On this basis, filter paper coated by a C=C coating was obtained by immersing cellulose filter paper in a water/ethanol mixed solution of vinyl triethoxy silane, and then reacted through free radical polymerization. The C=C on the coating is reacted with DT to form a layer of PEs microspheres on the surface of the filter paper to obtain a highly hydrophobic filter paper. The filter paper has high hydrophobicity and lipophilicity, and the water contact angle of CFP-PEs is 145.3°.the filter paper CFP-PEs was used as an oil-water separation material, exhibiting stable performance, high separation efficiency, and good reusability.Futhermore,a superhydrophobic/oleophilic membrane(SHP)was obtained by dipping a cellulose filter paper in an acetonitrile solution of toluene diisocyanate and in that of N-(2,4-diaminophenyl)maleimide,alternatively and repeatedly for three times,to make the paper coated by maleimide-containing polyurea, which was then reacted with n-dodecanethiol through Michael addition to obtain the superhydrophobic porous membrane. All the involved reactions were confirmed by different techniques.SHP membrane as prepared was demonstrated to be superhydrophobic and oleophilic and of high performance in separation of oil and water from their emulsions and mixtures. This study provides a new route to the fabrication of new materials of high superhydrophobicity and oleophilicity, featured by ease of fabrication,low-cost and versatile availability of the starting materials, both synthetic and natural.
