Forms for recording work-related injuries determines the availability of accident knowledge and the scientific and systematic nature of accident statistical analysis.A reasonable and complete forms for recording work-related injuries helps organizations learn from accidents,thereby preventing the recurrence of accidents.However,the completeness of forms for recording work-related injuries in our country is still to be discussed.At the same time,in the international context,the accident statistics obtained by our country lack completeness and reliability.In addition,the development of big data puts forward higher requirements on the accident data structure derived from forms for recording work-related injuries,so it is particularly important to optimize the form in our country.In order to rationally optimize the form to collect detailed accident information and obtain more in-depth accident cause analysis results,so as to propose targeted safety precautions,and to combine big data and other tools to improve the efficiency of accident data processing,this article discusses how to optimize the information content and cause information recording framework of the forms in our country.Based on the above discussion,the paper sorts out the information of forms for recording work-related injuries in China and abroad,compares the form information items of 4 countries based on the index evaluation system and the classification of information items,and proposes suggestions for optimizing the information content of forms for recording work-related injuries in our country based on the comparison results.Then use the accident cause theory to optimize the cause information recording framework of the form in our country,and finally use the optimized cause information framework to verify the actual effect of the framework in the cause information recording and analysis of accidents.Research indicates:1)The current domestic research on forms for recording work-related injuries is mainly focused on the discussion of the accident statistical indicator system,while the foreign research has developed to the stage of establishing the coding of the recorded information and standardizing the report form.According to historical characteristics,this paper divides the development process of the production safety accident statistical report system into three stages:origin,improvement and development;2)Judging from the results of the index evaluation system,compared with the three countries of the United States,the United Kingdom and Australia,our country has a lower degree of compliance with ILO accident record standards.This paper systematically designed the comparative analysis process of forms for recording work-related injuries,and found that our country’s form lacks many key record information.After the information content is optimized,our country’s forms for recording work-related injuries should set 33 record information items;3)The HFACS model is applied to the framework of the cause of the form to reasonably balance the relationship between the detail level of the recorded information and the depth of the analysis of the cause of the accident.Finally,an example is verified to show that the accident cause information recording framework based on the HFACS-AR model is more practical and operability,and its coding can be well combined with big data for analysis.
