Research On The Improvement Strategy Of Safety Performance From The Perspective Of Occupational Injury Prevention

Injury accidents in the construction industry cause physical and mental health losses to employees,but also on the construction enterprise safety production capacity,economic status and social image to bring bad effects.In order to reduce the incidence of occupational accidents and ensure the safety of employees,construction enterprises gradually begin to pay attention to safety management as they continue to develop and develop corresponding safety management rules and regulations and safe operation procedures.Although the construction industry in the safety of production has been significantly improved and improved,but the construction industry injury accident situation has not been effectively improved,the safety of production situation is grim.Therefore,in order to fundamentally reduce the number of industrial accidents in the construction industry and improve safety performance,this paper analyzes the mechanism of organizational safety support,management safety commitment and safety behavior on safety performance.First,the article analyzes and discusses the industrial injury insurance system of developed countries in the world,and understands that these countries not only pay attention to the compensation after the accident,but also pay attention to the prevention of industrial injury of enterprises,which points out the direction for the development of China's industrial injury insurance system.Secondly,through literature review and sorting,this paper sorts out the concepts,dimensions and relevant empirical studies of organizational safety support,management safety commitment,safety behavior and safety performance.Thirdly,this paper introduces the social exchange theory and the accident causation theory to provide theoretical support for the behavior of managers and employees and the causes of accidents,put forward research hypotheses,develop theoretical models,and emphasize the important role of leadership and employee behavior in improving safety performance.Fourthly,through literature research,the dimensions of current scholars on organizational safety support,management safety commitment,safety behavior and safety performance are understood.The corresponding questions are designed according to the nature of the industry.At the same time,the predictive test is conducted to complete the revision task of the questionnaire,and the formal questionnaire is formed and distributed.Fifthly,the theoretical model is verified by using the data of the relevant questionnaire,and the fitness of the questionnaire is tested by the reliability and validity analysis.The research hypothesis is verified by the correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect analysis,and the corresponding conclusion is drawn: organizational safety support positively and significantly affects safety behavior and safety performance;The safety compliance dimension of safety behavior has a positive and significant effect on safety performance,while safety participation has no significant effect on safety performance.The safety compliance dimension of safety behavior has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between organizational safety support and safety performance,while safety participation has no mediating effect.There is a significant chain mediating effect between management safety commitment and safety behavior,on-the-job safety support and safety performance.Sixth,according to the development status of industrial injury insurance and data analysis results,based on the basic situation of the employment population in the construction industry,from the perspective of the government,managers and employees,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve safety performance: First,the government should play a leading role in strengthening the supervision of safety production in the construction industry;Secondly,enterprise managers need to create a good safety atmosphere in the construction industry,and set an example of safe production.Then,the construction personnel should also improve their work skills,enhance their own safety awareness;Finally,the whole society should advocate multi-subject participation,and jointly create a good construction industry injury prevention environment.
